Alisha is the BEST groomer ever! She truly loves dogs and goes above and beyond to make grooming a good experience for her clients. Our Corgi is an absolute jerk when we try to bathe and trim nails at home, but he loves getting pampered by Alisha!

Tried to call to get the kitten I adopted in to get neutered. Despite having all his records from birth on, they insist on an exam first to maximize the fees. Apparently they need to establish "a doctor-patient relationship first."MFer, this isnt oncology care on a human. It's a simple procedure on an animal that has had all of his care done to this point, but was adopted from another city.Obvious interest in profit over care here.

What has happened…..My pets have always been under the care of MSAH. Dr. Renee is incredible and shows compassion regarding our animals. Melinda is the sharpest, well honed office manager my family has ever dealt with. That’s good on the Vet service and spot on with staff like Melinda. However, the Lakeview MSAH is extremely busy, especially since grooming terminated at the Metairie location. Things have changed in the last couple of years. The Lakeview MSAH is clearly bombarded with new patients and new pets to be groomed. It’s a shame to enter any place and see the staff burdened with an overload of people and pets. I’m disappointed that MSAH can’t provide enough employees to keep this gem of a Vet going. I know the economy is in despair currently, but people still need pet care. This type of business is not impacted by our distorted economy. That said, bring on the employees MSAH central. Don’t let a good location be in need of assistance. I look forward to see and feel less stress when MSAH central fixes this problem. ?

Dr. Rene’ is an angel in disguise! He “happened by” my pup on Canal St. She was at her sitter’s house since we were out of the country.He picked her up and headed to my house when the pet sitter showed up looking for my pup, she came at the same time and discussed the seriousness of her negligence. Of course Dr Rene would have no way of knowing that I lost a dog already in exactly the same way.He is an Angel!

Dr. Rene is an angel in disguise. He "happened to be driving down Canal when he saw my dog, one of his patients, along the road. She was at the dog sitter since I was out of the country. He picked her up and brought her to my house. When he arrived the sitter also showed up. He gave the sitter grief, since it was well deserved! Of course Dr Rene had no way of knowing that I lost a dog due to mishandling by a sitter. Wow! Going above and beyond a great human being. Thanks

The groomer is excellent! My two dogs love this place. NOTE: THEY NO LONGER HAVE BOARDING AVAILABLE. You can drop off your pet, but it's same day pickup.

Dr Rene and his staff were very patient. We were seen quickly for our kitten visit and had all our questions answered. The staff performed a very kind and thorough evaluation, explained some training, feeding and health and safety measures. Mr Jinx purred during the visit and we left feeling reassured that our kitten was seen by the very best. We look forward to many years of enjoying our new family member knowing he has a caring compassionate health care team.

Dr. Mouney and her staff have taken such good care of my Moxie. They are all so loving and gentle with him. Having a veterinary ophthalmologist I trust has been invaluable.

Dr. Chris is wonderful, he is very caring and known his fur patients. He ask questions and always reviews the last visit notes.
