I went to the store over the weekend with my husband and we had a great experience. The store manager Tan was truly amazing! He was very polite, relatable and super friendly. We ended up purchasing two bag. We will definitely return to the store on our next visit to New Orleans!

Definitely my favorite luxury store! I recently moved from Houston so I had the opportunity to make purchases in the Galleria initially. I choose MCM over any other brand to be honest..the quality of their products is second to none! I have a full collection consisting of backpacks, belts, passport holders, crossbody bags, handbags etc etc.,. I continuously purchase from MCM because just like yesterday, the customer service is always top tier! I had to grab the new slides and crossbody just because it’s been a couple of months! Michelle was a great help and gave insightful suggestions to help me ultimately decide.

Maaann Love to feel their leather skin uniqueness.They got the tiniest to the huge purse or backpack, So complete.I love my “smedium” pink purse I got ????.The customer service is 5⭐️Literally every one of them are so sweet.Made me finally decide to buy what they suggested.
