To any one buying to Mattix cabinet, be aware the quality of there cabinets is suboptimal, and the price is above the retail, you can check RTA cabinets.The owner **** Mattix, and sale person ***** had a poor costumer relation, rude, arrogant and ornery, they don't know the costumer or care for it, and they forgot that the costumer is alway right.We had to reorder the cabinets (the rush order supposedly was 3-5 week took 13 week) and despite reorder some of the door were cracked, and misaligned.Requested some missing material and they would dismiss phone call or treat you rude.I would definitively not recommend their product, or services, as you can see, they are not BBB accredited.

I must say I love my new kitchen. We went to the New Orleans store and took a gamble on a custom color I wanted and couldn't be more pleased. From the ordering to the Installation process every thing was great. This is the first time I had a kitchen install process go seamlessly. I highly recommend this company.Service: Remodeling

I will not use Mattix again nor recommend them to anyone. After spending over $14K on cabinets, I would expect they would be willing to come out and take a look at the issue with my cabinets. The doors on all the cabinets are off/uneven. We've tried adjusting them the way the representative said, but when correcting the issue, something else gets off balance. We asked if they could send someone out to look at them, and were were told yes for a service fee. The male rep on the line told us nothing in life is perfect, and began to give various examples that had nothing to do with their product. This is on top of the female rep who measured inaccurately, and accused my contractors of manipulating the walls.That whole conversation was a slap in the face and the biggest F%^& you that could have ever been given to a customer. I would not recommend this company to anyone. It is clear they don't stand behind their product and can care less about customer satisfaction or appreciation.

Amber and the team at Matrix are the best they went above and beyond! I reached out to them to find out information based on a sticker. They really helped me out with my special circumstance. Customer service here is important and they did a great job, thank you!

I would not recommend this place to anyone. The owners are very unprofessional and incompetent. Customer service and satisfaction is on the bottom of their priority list. As a person trying to recover from the recent flood, I relied on their reputation for quality professional service. I dealt directly with the owner. He made several significant errors in my order, materials had to be reordered due to miscalculations in measurements, not ordering all the necessary materials and ordering the incorrect materials. This resulted in my loss of time and work and the installer(who did a great job) to return four times before being able to complete installation. Thumbs down to Mattix Cabinet Works.
