MICE. In my room. I asked for a part refund to check into another hotel and it was denied. The staff is nasty and not at all helpful. DO NOT STAY here.

Terrible stay here. I booked and paid for a 2 bedroom suite a month in advance through an online booking site. Got to the room late and was told it wasn't paid so I had to pay again in order to get in a room. I was told the suite I reserved was not available so we had to sit in the lobby for almost 2 hours while staff tried to locate 2 single rooms. Then, the next morning we found there was a large crack in the door to our room when we noticed daylight coming through it. Late night staff guy was nice and did what he could, but I will never stay here again and do not recommend it. After leaving, I verified room charge was on my credit card statement from when I first made the reservation, so now I'm having to fight to get one of my payments refunded. This place is a horrible.

If you like the old school Nola feel this is the place to go. Stayed multiple times. Can walk to Bourbon Street French market and superdome. We stay every time we go to a saints game.

Walkability: You can walk to french market Bourbon street Superdome. All of it is a 30 min walk, or less

If I could give zero stars I would. We ended up with hundreds of bed bug bites after a weekend stay. The hotel doesn’t respond to emails regarding a complaint. On the day we were checking out I noticed bed bug marks all over the sheets. Not clean at all I don’t recommend. They offer free breakfast on the website, when you check in they say you have to pay for it. Don’t go or you’ll end up with bed bugs in your luggage or bites all over your body for the next weeks!

Got the "honeymoon" type sweet for a day. Half the light fixtures didnt work. they had random Light fixtures everywhere like it was used for storage. And the atmosphere was not great in the room. The staff wasnt very friendly as well. And the parking is an added cost as well as the "free breakfast"

Nice place, a bit archaic. Seemed pretty clean, although the shower was a bit moldy:(

The breakfast provided was a great deal for the price!

This place was great! The building we were in was set back from the road so we had no traffic noise. There was a guard posted at the gate at night so we felt safe. Clean and comfortable. Only 4 stars because the hot tub was lukewarm.

Used soap left in room from previous guests. Not that clean. Broken window. Did not get new towels everyday or new shampoo/ soaps. Tv/ remote did not work. Security guards and front desk very nice people! Beautiful courtyard.

Cute spot. The rooms were not what I had expected, since we saw French themed rooms in the pics and got a pretty average and ordinary room, but it's great! Beds are comfy, room is clean.

Amazing room in a great location. Brett and the front desk staff at Maison St. Charles went above and beyond to resolve a booking error made by a third party reservation service. Not only did they help to resolve the issue, they were able to provide us with another room, at extremely short notice, on a day when essentially all of the rooms in New Orleans were booked. Thank you for your incredible customer service!
