“Finally a place that has good reviews to ship out extra stuff that couldn’t flight with me home. They were very helpful and friendly, price was perfect and I found the cutest birthday cards that I didn’t need it but got for future occasions”

20 McAlister Dr Ste 101, New Orleans“Every time I enter this location, I am always greeted with a warm smile and welcome. Then they ask me what they can help me with and not only do they help me with the services I need, they make sure everything looks even better than I could've ever imagined. There is no other place I'd go to in New Orleans nor recommend for any printing needs other than this store.”

801 Baronne St Ste A, New Orleans“Horrible service, the young lady didn't know what she was doing, No one came to help either, she couldn’t locate my account in the system so I had to pay more for shipping my package $62.00 my discounts were not applied and she was not knowledgeable at all. The workers and management knew she needed help with the computer obviously, and they didn’t step up to help. Now I have to email the company to get a reimbursement wasted my time and money. Horrible service.”
8:30AM - 7PM
123 Baronne St, New Orleans“Great location not only for hotel guests but also French Quarter / CBD residents who don’t want to drive or Uber across town.
I returned my Cox modem earlier today and the person who helped me (Jimmy Jr?) was extremely pleasant and helpful. Couldn’t ask for better service.
And for everyone complaining about a $5 fee, I say this. I’d much rather pay $5 than $40 in round trip Uber fees to go to the Claiborne store. And FYI, there was no $5 fee to return my Cox equipment as Cox has an account there. Another pleasant surprise!”
“Hands down, the best UPS store I have ever been to. The employees are incredibly kind and patient (no matter how unprepared I am :). They know what you need and are top notch in professionalism and efficiency. You won't stress coming here.”
