Was in NOLA during July 4th week. We had swung by the shop after it had closed so we window shopped. I saw two items ( a violin mask and a clock with an octopus) both displayed in their windows. A few days later we went into the shop to ask about prices. The woman saw us walk in, she said nothing to either me or my friend. Didn't greet us or anything. Could not locate any prices on any item. While many others might have had a decent experience here, failure to greet a customer even while on the phone leaves a bad taste in my mouth. The shop was not busy as we were the only ones in the shop and were actually looking to purchase these items. However we decided after several minutes of us looking for prices and looking around we were not going to be helped. Skip this place there are many other places that also sell these masks around NOLA and on etsy.

Ma Sherie Amour is an awesome shop conveniently located in the Jackson Square. Sherie of course is the owner and is the prime example of a Genuine Southern Lady. Definitely a shop to visit to get all your New Orleans souvenirs.

Fun shop and beautiful merchandise in particular the mask collection from Italy. The shop owner (Sherie) is delightful and made every effort to make my brother and sister law visiting from Kentucky feel welcome! Thank you Sherie.

It is a very sweet shop and it has many lovely items. It's quite whimsical and will remind you of Shakespeare's A Midsummer Night's Dream with the fantasy nature theme. That being said you should definitely check it out. The only reason it's not a 5 star is because I personally think the prices are a tad high. But I did purchase a charming little heart stone from here and I definitely made the best of it. You see my fiance couldn't join me on this trip so I bought it for him as a gift. Then I decided to take pictures of everything wonderful I wish he was there to see with the heart stone in the picture. It was later a lovely gift and now it's a travel stone. When one of us travels without the other they have to take the heart with them and take pictures of everything we wish the other to see with the stone.
