I cannot say thank you enough for the exceptional customer service I got at the Lowe’s on Elysian friends today. I was looking for tile and not 1 but 3 employees stopped what they were doing to help. Looking for another item and an employee asked if I needed help - walked me directly to what I needed. At checkout the service was the same. Thank you!

Employee in the garden section named Deven was super nice and helpful. Very patient with me while I was picking out mulch and loaded it up for me. Would have gave 5 stars if they were able to do something about all the Hispanic men in the parking lot walking in front of cars out of nowhere while people are driving and harassing us for work…

I would not recommend buying large appliances from Lowe's, bought an upright freezer in 2021, I now have to get it serviced for defective parts, steer clear of Lowe's people!!!

UPDATE 4/2024:
The staff here is always happy to assist me with any situation that I bring to them.
Neat and Clean, helpful staff. I had to walk a long way to get assistance in the door dept.
