Haven't been back since the man working on my nails literally ripped each individual powder nail off of my fingers then proceeded to berate me for shaking while he painted my nails. I left with no polish and paid for the removal "torture."

if i could give ZERO stars i would. Absolutely the worst nail salon. Made an appointment, showed up and they "didn't have it scheduled". Gave them my number so they could call me when a chair was available, after waiting 40 minutes, i returned and they said they called me 3 times and i didn't answer. THEIR PHONE WAS NOT WORKING. I had no missed calls and wasted an hour sitting in the parking lot.

Do not go here! Their work is poor quality, they have an extremely long wait over 1hr 15 mins no matter whatever time you go, and they are liars. I went here yesterday (the day before my birthday). I want a dip set manicure, pedicure, and an eyebrow wax. I signed in at 5:53. They had 3 ppl ahead of me. The owner who serviced me didn’t start on me til 7. As she started I asked her how much was a refill for the dip and she said $42 so I changed my mind and decided to just get polish as my nails are healthy and long. We she took that and ran with it. She looked at her phone (7:19) by this time and rushed the red polish on my nails. It was bulky, messy, and spotted. I had to ask her to clean up around the sides of my fingers cuz she ask if I was ok and I said no. I had to point out the spotted nails. I explained that I know they was tryna get outta there but ion appreciate them rushing my service. I wanted it done all over. She took the polish off my nails and left them liking messy. She asked if I could come to tomorrow and I declined as I did have plans. I won’t be ever returning to this shop for anything. They don’t care about their quality of service or the satisfaction of their customers. Oh and the young guy lied to me about the dip manicure cuz he said it makes your real nails grow but when I tlk to the owner she said the dip manicure would last long about 3 weeks but it doesn’t make your real nails grow. They hella price for such poor customer service and poor service. Can’t polish worth a you know what! Save your money and go elsewhere.

The absolutely worst service ever!!!! I never leave ratings but the service attitude and quality of product used was disturbing. She dipped my hand in cold water and filed nails was crooked and jagged and she said not necessary to do cuticles ..nail polish had thinner in it and it was streaking . I asked for different polish owner rolled her eyes and starting ranting in Vietnamese..... I will never come back her again!!!Please don't waste your time and energy and money

Went here because it is close to my house and they take appointments only to find out that the person who does designs wasn't there that day. Only one person in the entire shop is able to draw any sort of designs, so I just got a pedi and they told me to come back the next day. I made another appointment for the following day. Ella did my nails and they seemed nice at first, but three days later, all ten of my nails were lifting, even my thumb nails! In less than a week I had two nails fall completely off, one in the shower and one while I was zipping a bag. Because of how bad of shape they were all in I decided to soak off at home that same night. I paid $70+ for nails that lasted about 5 days. NEVER again. My pedicure was done by another technician and it was nice.

Finally found my nail salon. The guy who did my pedicure was nice and was amazing at his job. Gave me a few pointers to take care of my feet, gave me the best pedicure I’ve had in a few years, and gave me a great massage too.

IDK why I tipped $ even when I knew... I leave with a chipped nail, uneven paint, missing edges... I look like a THOT with this job... not worth $40 (sans tip) to be pushed in n' out for poor quality.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! I would give a "0" rating if that were possible. HORRIBLE customer service!! I called ahead of time to see what time they took their last appointment. The lady told me 6:45pm. I arrived at 6:40 and was practically pushed out of the door by a guy constantly repeating "We're closed, come back tomorrow" without even taking a moment to listen to my explanation of how I called prior to arrival. Their tone was VERY rude. They should NEVER speak to customers so harshly! I don't recommend this place at all!

I called ~11am to schedule a mani pedi for 4:15 and was told that would be fine. Upon entering I wasn’t even greeted (10mins have passed) I came because the reviews said this was upscale and worth it.

don't go here!!! price list said $40 for a fill but they charged me $70 "bc my nails are long" and I asked for them "to be cut down"...making them less long...but i got charged for my nails being long anyway. AND she got polish and nail glue all over my nails. She also ripped off one of my nails when she was taking the polish off then charged me for repairing a nail that she ripped off my finger. Do yourself a favor and go to lashé around the corner. $45 fills no questions asked. quality is WAY better too. don't let the renovation fool you, this place still sucks!!!

I would give this place a zero if I could. I went here instead of my normal spa. ( Hollywood ) trying to bypass the long wait. They fellow who did my toes was amazing unsure of his name but he was older. I requested chrome tips. I heard them gossiping in their native language and giggle. That's when the nail tech came to whisper " are you sure you want this it's 90 dollars". I asked are you implying I can't afford it. He continues to play d**** The owner also came in and looked at me funny. I am 19 with my own house and a 2022 Mercedes'. They just missed out on a 50 dollar tip out.

Please don't waste your time. I went in. Waited for15 minutes and no one said a word to me. I asked how long is the wait they told me just sit there. A customer in there told me her wait was an hour. The only man who would even try to answer my questions, told me wait here and spoke his first language to the others in the shop. No one saying anything else to me. A complete waste it time.
