Such an amazing selection of rock/metal shirts and other memorabilia, all fairly priced. Well organized and the owner was helpful and nice. Not sure why so many people have complaints. Too sensitive.

This shop was okay- it's located in a busy area near French Market. The employee was quiet behind the desk and didn't really greet anybody. A good selection of band and musician tshirts. The items are priced pretty high though; not sure if the value is worth it

Heidi was such an amazing help! I bought a cute dress for a night on the town and they have all manner of punk and metal shirts, pins, and patches.

I have never been treated so rudely, as I was in this store. All I did was cross the threshold with a polar pop, that had a lid on it.I was told, in a catty and shrill voice," You can't come here in with drinks! This isn't Wal-Mart ya know?!?!?!" I understand the no beverage thing. They probably have had several drunken tourists come through there and spill things. Why the cattiness/meanness? It was totally uncalled for. For the record, all I had in my polar pop was diet coke (no liquor whatsoever) and I hadn't been drinking. This happened on a Wednesday afternoon at 1:30. I was just a local (at the time, lived in NOLA for 13 years)out for a pleasant day of French Quarter shopping to find a birthday present for my sister. I didn't think I would run into such rudeness from a shopkeeper. Rudeness is not a good look for the city of NOLA, which depends so much on tourist dollars. Do better Kulture Vulture.

Me and my wife went here on our vacation back in March 2023 and we absolutely loved this place. Staff was amazingly friendly and we ended up buying a couple things while we were there! Highly recommend!

The guy who works here is so rude. I loved so many of the band tees and other products, but I was not going to waste my money where they mutter rude comments about you while you are shopping.Awful experience. I recommend going to any other small business instead of this stuck up, want to be Hot Topic.

This place is badass. I came in a few minutes after Kenny Hickey, according to the dude working. Anyway, got some badass clothes and a unique pin and had a decent convo. If you're into metal, punk or goth and are in the area, check it out. You won't be disappointed.

WOW! Kulture Vulture in the French Quarter is a must go-to store while visiting NOLA. They have tons tons tons of band shirts, and you won't be disappointed at all...very phenomenal collection!!! There are tons of other merch and accessories like patches and pins too so your wallet is going to hurt but well worth it. I lived in Los Angeles and San Francisco and Kulture Vulture reminds me of the old school stores on Haight Street, Melrose Avenue and Hollywood Blvd. This place has a wicked cool music vibe for all music fans of punk, goth, heavy metal and other music genre. The owner is hella awesome and knows his music so stop by this store while you are in town!!!

I visited this store twice back in October 2022. If you want rock/metal/goth merch, this is the place to go! I loved it so much, I had to go back twice in the same trip.At first I was confused by all the negative reviews, so I decided to leave one. The guy everyone was talking about is the same guy who was in the shop when I was there, and he couldn’t have been cooler. I’m not really sure what some of these people were doing…but I had some brief conversations with the guy and he was a cool dude. He was not rude to me, was humorous, and I’ll definitely go back again.

I have been shopping here since I was in high school. The owner with the red hair is misogynistic and I will no longer shop at ‘his’ store. He has always been rude to me and everyone I know (who has also shopped there) I have no idea how he still maintains to keep his shop open if it even is his shop.

I found this store at random and I was in paradise. I found my favorite Slayer shirt I had in 1995, and every time I tried to pay I found more that I wanted.

"That wasn't on the sales rack.""Oh, sorry, I found it on the sales rack.""No, you didn't find it on the sales rack."-me attempting to buy a shirt I found on the sales rack. While purchasing something else. What a unique approach to customer service.
