staff is so rude! we have shopped there many time and always put it up to them being busy- but we just tried to walk in and got yelled at by the worker that "they are closed! they are closed!" doors unlocked, lights on, others still shopping... apparently they close at 4 and us walking in at 3:55 was a major sin! they may have cute stuff but everything in there can be bought at any of the other cute shops on Magazine with much kinder staff!

Fire starter- to best customer service of my life! On a recent trip back to New Orleans, my husband and I were shopping for our baby like any first time parents away from their baby would. We found the best outfits at Juju's for her. At checkout, I put my pile of clothes on the counter and I'm chatting with the owner, when all of a sudden I look out of the corner of my eye and I see a FIRE on the counter! The clothes were on fire! I scream, and the owner starts smacking the clothing putting the fire out. There was a lit candle behind the counter and the sleeve of one of the outfits fell on the candle, starting the fire! The owner was kind, caring, and concerned for our safety. I was beyond embarrassed. We ended up having a good laugh with the owner, swapped stories and I'm now known as the fire starter per my husband! The owner even gave us the burned up clothing as a moms to to never forget them! I highly recommend this shop to locals and any out of towners!

Absolutely love juju’s! The owners are warm & helpful, and the curated selection of baby goods is always on point! Each clothing item I’ve purchased for my son has been great quality, some of the softest clothes we own & held up well. I love supporting this family business. :)
