My sister and I went in together looking to get our nails done. My sister showed a reference picture and the worker said she could do it. But when the nails came out they weren't what my sister expected (as in they didn't look like the coffin shape or the ombré colors in the picture) and asked to have them reshaped and just repainted black.The workers were very rude and kept saying things like "oh my god" to her. Then when it was my time to get my nails they cut my fingers with the machine and my fingers bled. They missed parts of my nails that didn't have acrylic on them and the nail polish never dried. Even after sitting under the fans and waiting about 45 minutes at home.

They must've been having an off day because my nails look horrible and I had to get them to fixed. It was definitely not worth $50.

I like this place a lot. The owner is nice but what I don’t like is I always pay different prices, and it’s not bc the weekday specials. I always go on weekends and they always charge me different prices…. depends who rings me up. The prices are more than on the board. Just something to watch for.

They do nails nicely. The problem I run into with this nail salon is that they tell you to come back at a certain time and they will hold that appointment for you but when you get there, you still have to wait because they will service a walk-in at your appointment time and then you're sitting there waiting and waiting. An appointment is an appointment and should be honored. I found another nail salon because of the aforementioned problem. My time is important too.

I want to say that I came to this shop today as I am an out of towner and here on a mini vacation and I am very happy with my nails . I am very picky & only use 1 shop/1 person to do my nails normally so I was Alittle scared at 1st but reviews were better than most in the area so I gave it a try. VERY HAPPY! She took her time with my nails even though they were a simple set , She was a sweet lady and I’m happy which made me come to leave a review THANK YOU FOR MAKING ME FEEL COMFORTABLE & LEAVING HAPPY. 2 other customers were there and we chatted and I felt comfortable DEFINITELY WILL RETURN WHEN IM BACK IN TOWN ?Service: Acrylic nails

Absolutely the worst place to have your nails done. I asked for polygel nails I got acrylic with polygel polish. I asked throughout the whole procedure if that is how polygel nails are applied and she said yes. Since I’m not someone who gets my nails done because of the damage acrylics do. You will not get what you ask for. They will lie and do what they want to and charge you for what you asked for. They do not do polygel nails only polish

Great nail shop! I've tried several in the Metairie area and none have been able to compare to the way the lady does them here. My French tip was flawless and very thin, natural looking. Perfection isn't common but it's standard here.
