The WORST tax (and customer service) experience of my life. Our "Tax Expert" told us submit all of our documents and that she would take care of our return. Turns out she didn't use MOST of the documents (including receipts), and didn't even tell us until we drilled her with questions. If we hadn't been so vigilant, we would have paid THOUSANDS more than we should. And she ended up submitting our return LATE and we got a letter from the IRS with a $470 penalty.........never

I felt heard and appreciated. My yax preparer was amazing. The price was reasonable. And they did my taxes in a timely manner. Definitely recommend H and R Block

Total rip off. They use 20-year-old computers that can’t even properly connect to the modern Internet. Years later, I am still paying off tax debt because they have screwed things up. A total scam. The federal government is trying to shut these places down because they know they have been a scam this whole time. Give your money to someone local.

I'm never coming here again they told me my refund was going to be 4,000 less than what I received last year and also it was rejected by the IRS and when I went to let someone else do it for me I'm receiving more then what I got back last year

I will never use there services "ever again"!!! I first came here on the 9th of February to have my taxes done. The receptionist had originally scheduled someone to do my taxes but then when I had called to confirm my appointment, I was then told that this person wouldn't be able to see me. Which meant that if I never would of called then I would of found this out when I arrived, so good thing I did that and I was able to get an earlier appointment. With that said, when I came in for the appointment, I saw the other person who was going to do my taxes and at first I thought she was someone that had a question because her appearance with her hairstyle didn't look pleasing at all!!! I'm from the old school and I feel that presentation is "always important". At the same time I am not judging but it's just that it's a time and place for everything. She also looked very young because she didn't know what she was doing because she messed up with my taxes by messing up with my former state withholding's. Then she dropped a piece of my personal information that I had written down for her on the floor "that I happened to see when I was about to leave". Also the process seemed kind of quick. I thought about it later on and decided to come back in to get a "second opinion" and when I did the Senior Accountant helped me out and had discovered that the other person was wrong in what she did because she (the Senior Accountant) found out that what I owed the state "that I'm currently living in" was a $100 less then what the "original" accountant had told me. I was very upset over this and even though "out of courtesy" she didn't give me an apology, she did reduce my HR Block fee by $40 and it's because of the Senior Manager that I didn't go to the post office and get a money order for the "original" amount that I would of owed for Louisiana State. She corrected the problem and now I can pay the correct amount of money that I owe the state. Even though I am very grateful for her this should have never happened because you don't play with people's "especially hard working people" money like that!!! I will never use this company again!!!!!!!

I had soooo many annoying issues with back tax returns needing a lot of information from the IRS that I had NO IDEA where to even start. Ms. Stephanie Davis is like the most patient and wonderful Sherlock Holmes of dealing the IRS. She got on the phone, walked me through website after stupid website and got me money I didn't even think existed. Ms. Davis is the best!
