We didn't have hot water or AC. When we called (about 10 times over 2 days before someone finally answered) about it we were told someone would be over to look at it but no one showed up. But the location is amazing.

There was no hot water in the hotel.The location is great (near city center) and the place is really nice (New Orleans historic style). Unfortunately, hot water in a hotel is a basic necessity and we don't want to paid that price for taking cold showers.
