hibernia is a beautiful place to stay in new orleans if it’s an airbnb but to live there is another story. they are completely unprofessional taking almost a month to complete an move in application and also take over two months to return a security deposit. the people at the front desk are constantly rude and the management instead of listening to your concerns they try to talk over you and push your problems away trying to keep themselves looking good. i am so upset with how management handles everything you call and they tell you they’ll give you a call back and never do absolutely ridiculous

Good location , but you can heard a lot of noise from the apartment's at night , the young receptionist in the afternoons was more concern of watching videos than helping guesses , very very rude all the time , everyday,

ve a friend who's lived at Hibernia Tower for about seven years now. She says in the beginning things were way better than they are now. From my experience w| visiting her over the year and spending the night at times-- the place is alright. Just alright. The building is older and units are dated. I do believe there was a remodel not too long ago?? I inquired about getting a place there once and the staff was very helpful. I do love the location is this place.

I thought maybe it was a New Orleans, LA thing that you take the deposit at application time (I am moving from out of state) Come to find out it’s not. Other places you pay the application fee and if approved deposit. Hibernia Towers required both an application fee and a $500 deposit that is NON REFUNDABLE. It makes sense for me to lose out on the application fee because of services rendered if I chose to go with another place. The deposit is suppose to be once we agree and I want you to hold and me get the apartment. I have checked with two other places and all you are required to pay is the application fee then once approved the deposit to hold the apartment. I let you them know within a day I was going with another company and a day that they still hadn’t even run all my info for approval. The other complex I chose that wasn't the case. I paid a $50 application fee; They ran my credit and background ect within 15 mins and had an answer and was approved. At that point the apartment the deposit is due within 24 hrs to hold it. DO NOT apply to this place they have shady biz practices. To require you paying an application fee and a non refundable deposit when they aren’t even holding an apartment for you is bad business practices.

Power went out on the street for some reason and when it came back on the hotel had power but the rooms on some floors didn’t get power back and front desk told me that she didn’t have a # for maintenance and acted like she could careless about what was going on and keep right on playing in her phone. Terrible service and not that nice of a place to stay. Find somewhere else stay away

Stayed at Hibernia Tower through Corporate Housing for 3 months. The most positive aspect to the experience would be the apartment itself was fully furnished. The $150 a night spent to stay there was a complete ripoff. Outside of the apartment itself, the building is unclean and not well taken care. The elevators do not work most of the time and if you take the stairs you have to walk past needles and garbage left in the stairwells.During Hurricane Ida the staff left the building wholly unprepared to weather the storm. Once power went out to the building, there was no way to gain entrance back if you left. The parking garage was locked shut and you could not exit or enter for days. The tenants were left on their own and no staff was onsite to help with any issues for over a week.

Not good and getting worse. I've been here two years, and the first year -- other than having smokers' secondhand smoke infiltrating my breathing space daily (This IS A SMOKER'S building!) -- it was OK. But a year ago, things started going downhill fast: door handles to the front and back entrances to the building began to disappear and are now ripped off on a regular basis; the glass in the front entry doors has been broken, and most recently, looks like some one shot it; an elevator had a rail broken and someone apparently tried to glue it back up; packages are being stolen from the mailroom; the hallways in the common areas are not only ugly (who was the designer?!!!), but either aren't being maintained as well as earlier, or some tenants are making it too hard for the maintenance crew to keep up.

I've lived here nearly 5 yrs. Things were good early on. But by the 3 yr it went south. My refrigerator and A/C stops working about every 6 weeks. Maintenance comes by to fix things, always promising it works fine now. Then a month later, the refrigerator and A/C stops working. Since 2018 I've had over a dozen maintenance calls for the exact same issues. Each time I'm told that now it's fixed and you won't have any problems. Currently, I'm using a portable A/C unit because the main A/C still does not work. This is the third time they've given me a portable unit, promising it's only temporary. I am quite certain that the leasing office is not in the loop on maintenance issues. Last year three of my neighbors moved away after only being here a year. I should have taken the hint and done the same. The building is half empty now, with many units being used as Stay Alfred. But even that has died off. I had high hopes for Hibernia. They're grand opening was remarkable. But here we are many years later and this place is gone to crap.

I love the location which is CBD. Three blocks from Bourbon Street where the party's at and three blocks from Warehouse District with its fine dining. The rooftop pool offers great selfies and a relaxing time. On the same level there are two grills for cooking, sinks and an outside refrigerator for temporary storage. Furthermore, located on the inside is the actual hosting area for parties and larger gatherings tenants can use. One more point, the gym with several elliptical and quality treadmills that are in constant working order. Free weights and machines are available to complete your workout. Finally, The maintenance crew are always doing a great job whether it's mopping floors, dusting elevators or completing repair-requests.

Helpful staff, elevators got stuck once so I'm giving them 4 stars but other than that, I'm very happy to live here. Excellent location for walkers & bikers. Controlled access with parking structure. What more can you ask for?

The unit is perfect! The staff are beyond attentive, fast and professional! The consistently go above and beyond to create a welcoming, inclusive and community vibe. I couldn’t recommend them more!
