I live in Florida but was in need of a florist in New Orleans to send flowers to some good friends. I found this business via Google and I’m so happy that I did. I used their website to place the order and followed instructions, asking for something traditional and in pink or pastels using whichever flowers they considered to be the prettiest available at the moment. The arrangement turned out absolutely gorgeous. I then called the store to ask for a photo of the arrangement and they kindly and promptly obliged. Do yourself a favor and skip FTD and Teleflora, just go straight this amazing florist. I cannot recommend this business enough.

Ordering flowers to be sent across the miles…sight unseen… is always a toss up. Especially when u don’t get to even see them after they’re delivered. But a cellphone pic helps. The Mom Day flowers I sent to my mother were received today. My sister told me they are beautiful . I AGREE!

I cannot be more satisfied with the services and flower arrangement from Harkins The Florist. I called on my daughter’s birthday from out of town and Stephanie helped me with so much cheerfulness and patience, which I really appreciated! She created the most beautiful bouquet for my daughter and was able to deliver it to my daughter’s place of employment the very same day. This will be my go- to florist from now on. Thanks for making my girl’s day so special!

I LOVE HARKINS! My husband started sending me florals from this place awhile ago. Now I cannot order from anywhere else. Florals are my love language so I like to send them to my friends, family and staff. I could NEVER find a place that I was fully satisfied with and that doesn't send those cheaply looking florals in a box or hideous vases. Harkins is the ONLY place with top notch florals and up to date arrangements. My flowers always last so long and smell SO fresh! It's the ultimate and special surprise every time I receive a Harkins delivery. 10/10

Our flowers for the wedding were absolutely stunning. The attention to detail and the orientation of each piece paired extremely well with the theme. Liz handled the whole booking and setting up process. She made it extremely easy, and went above and beyond. Liz came the day of to set up, but the restaurant/venue weren’t closed yet for the wedding. She was only able to drop off the flowers. Two hours later, Liz sent me a text letting me know she returned to set up, and everything was perfect. This itself can attest to the quality of service she strives to deliver. Liz ensured everything was set up, before leaving the venue.I’d like to point out to anyone looking to book with this florist, the hiccup we faced when going in for a consultation. We’re not from NOLA, and we had a scheduled consultation with Annie on our last day before flying back home. When we arrived and asked to speak to her, we were told she was not in. The person at the front looked confused and asked to see proof we were indeed seeing Annie. I can only assume there was a miscommunication between the team, and maybe it was not relayed she had us booked. I advise couples to confirm prior to arrival on who you're meeting and the date/time. Despite that, I cannot be happier we ended up with Liz, who was great, and made sure everything came out just as we envisioned.

We looked for a florist in New Orleans during a visit and many had shutdown their business or were closed. We found Hawkins the Florist and they were super helpful. They created an amazing arrangement for our 24th anniversary. My wife has enjoyed it everyday in our hotel room. We’ll use them in the future for any floral needs in New Orleans.

First time using this florist! I really love the arrangement. It was for my dad's funeral, not the best time to order flowers but this florist did exactly what I wanted. It was like she could read my mind. The arrangement was gorgeous and expressed his love of his favorite teams! He would of been proud and now my mom has a lovely arrangement of beautiful house plants that will remind her of him. Thank you for your lovely work. I will definitely order from you again and again. And thank you for your patience with me during my difficult time.
