7:30AM - 4PM
4233 Elysian Fields Ave, New Orleans“They have a lot of things but of course not everything. But if you love old school shops like me you'll stop there first, before any depot. And they charge by the pound and will weigh your propane refills.”
9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
301 Evans Rd, New Orleans“Awesome ?I came in with a set of 21 keys of various sizes and shapes. They were able to make me TWO copies of all but 1 of the keys in under four hours. Highly recommend.”

“Rockery Ace has everything I ever need at a great price. It’s in my neighborhood and easy for me to get to but the best thing about Rockery is the staff. They’re always ready to help with a lot of info for most projects. Love Rockery Ace Hardware.”
“Great staff. I had an issue with the front headlights of my moped falling off, and Darren came up with a great solution. He also sold me the products to fix it. Now my moped works great. Highly recommend”
“Excellent and knowledgeable information about types of locks , finishes, knobs and pulls . Family run. High price to low price. Used them on every type of door imaginable after Hurricane Ida damage. You will wait, but it's worth it!”
“I like this hardware store. I have been going here fifty years. Not a big box type of store. The men who run this store are knowledgeable and friendly. I recommend going in and taking a look around, it sells some interesting items. I am going to return to buy a boiling pot and burner that I need. It's too large to get on an airplane, so I will drive back to Jefferson,La. to get it. Follow up I drove back to this store a month later and bought a 102 quart stainless steel pot and a stainless steel two jet burner. The two cost me $520.00 . I was glad to get them and I will find out in the spring if I made a good choice. I will do an update and say just what I think.”
“Love this place - they may have crazy business hours, but their assortment of reusable materials and hardware is second to none in the Greater New Orleans area. I never leave empty handed. From an old mason jar full of mixed screws and hooks to antique French doors, there's bound to be a treasure for every patron waiting around any of its numerous corners and crevices. With incredibly reasonable (sometimes negotiable) pricing, I make an effort to stop at The Green Project before heading to those big box hardware stores for most accoutrements. If you like the atmosphere of a hardware store flea market and don't mind getting a little dirty while digging, you'll love it. The staff are always laid back and ready to assist in any way they can.”
6AM - 10PM
1100 S Claiborne Ave, New Orleans“Drove all the way from arabi LA, to come to this location, bigger selections and great customer service, the employees actually helps and produce was easy to find. Thank you for your great customer service on my visit Trina and Rakele, not too many would go above and beyond.”
“Prepping for Francine, I ordered camping stove fuel online and was able to quickly pick it up the next morning. Debbie, the cashier & phone answerer was absolutely slammed yet she and the line of folks waiting to check out were so friendly and praising of Debbie’s great attitude and excellent customer service.”
6:00 AM - 9:00 PM
2501 Elysian Fields Ave, New Orleans“After seeing a mouse in our home we were panicking and went to Lowe's to see what options there were to help get rid of the issue. While there, Nathaniel asked if we needed help and offered us a lot of helpful suggestions and advice on what our options were for traps, repellent, poison, etc. I showed up being scared of dealing with the issue and left feeling empowered to tackle the problem head on. Not to mention, everyone I have encountered in my many times here has always been helpful and knowledgeable.”
“I love this Home Depot. If you're wanting expert opinions about a project you're working on or even tools in the store, tbh you're likely looking in the wrong place. But the staff here has been phenomenal! I grew up in the East and recently moved back, so with all the projects I've taken on at home, I've been coming here so often that it has felt like I've lived here part time. When I come in, I am often greeted at the door by security or staff and the people are super nice and helpful! Tam on the paint center, Henry in the lumber section, and especially Adrian (he seems to be everywhere and know everything). Adrian in particular and the other staff have been so kind to my young children when we've come in the store, even my kids like going to HD and remember the workers! The store is always well stocked, too. I'm glad this HD is in NOE and while lots of businesses are leaving and unsustainable amidst the rising crime and declining NOE economy, I hope this store is here to stay.”
“Young lady with the awesome braids at the customer service center fixed my paint problem and then jumped over to paint desk and helped like 6 people at one time. Y'all better hang on to this person. She's a problem solver and great attitude. I think her apron had a J name on it. Wish I had gotten it.”
6AM - 10PM
2501 Elysian Fields Ave, New Orleans“I cannot say thank you enough for the exceptional customer service I got at the Lowe’s on Elysian friends today. I was looking for tile and not 1 but 3 employees stopped what they were doing to help. Looking for another item and an employee asked if I needed help - walked me directly to what I needed. At checkout the service was the same. Thank you!”
“Very helpful staff. Always can find a way to fix This Old House05-08-2024 needed to replace washers and inside parts of a bathroom sink faucet. The staff was able to disassemble and provide me with the proper parts. Always extremely helpful”
