Groomed by Lesa did such a great job with our dog! He recently had a not so great experience at a different groomer that left him jumpy and sad for a couple of weeks, but he was happy as can be when we picked him up. He is a goldendoodle with SUPER thick hair and they took care to give him an excellent summer cut and he came back soft as velvet. Can’t recommend enough & can’t wait to be back!

My little baby came back smelling beautiful an happy she even had little ribbons on her not to mention the little candles really getting the attention of my nose because it smelled so good an affordable I will be brining my happy pup back

My Westie, Brady, who is six months old, was already matted to the skin. Lesa gave him a careful body shave and a hair do and Brady looks great! he was also very calm when I picked him up, aside from the usual licks and wags. I am pleased and grateful that he was cared for so competently and sweetly. We have our groomer for life now!

We cannot say enough wonderful things about Lesa and her team. We had tried a few other groomers in the Uptown New Orleans area and none were as amazing as Lesa. The girls come back looking, smelling, and feeling fantastic.Very fair prices and excellent work.Best grooming service in the city!

I’ve been going here for about two years with 3 dogs. I like the cut and the fact that they have availability when I need it but but they have but it’s extremely lackluster. You can 100% tell they DO NOT wash your dog, they only spray them. No attention to detail. Everytime I come I have to remind them to clean the ears & trim the nails, yet they often forget to do it. I’m sorry but if I’m paying that much for a dog haircut, we deserve a little more effort, from the customer service to the actual grooming service. Several times I went home and washed my dogs literally right after getting them from the groomers with filthy water being the result. Unfortunately I will be looking for another groomer. Hopefully they get better.
