This is my first time riding the train.. I really enjoyed it but they treated us like children they didn’t help with luggage waited to we were seated and told us we had to take them somewhere else very rude unacceptable to be my first ride it was three other ladies with me

Very unorganized. I booked a ride with greyhound. Then it was delayed, then they changed the time to sooner than later. I missed that and then they told me I would ride a flip bus. Which is on the side of the road at the end of the parking lot ?
