Drop off is consistently the most aggravating experience. The staff is miserable and doesn’t even speak to you. Doubt anything doesn’t end up in the trash.

It’s wild that a company, who relies on on other peoples free crap to keep merchandise on their shelves, can be so picky about what they will and will not take. Donating should not be made to feel like a hassle. I’ll be sure to take my belongings to literally any other second hand store next time.

I love Goodwill nationwide. This particular store is not so good. Many things were not priced… I found a cutting board I wanted, not priced but then found an identical one that was priced. I was right by my cart looking at furniture and a woman that works there took my cart, picked up the cutting boards. I realised she is in my cart and told her so 😂 but then she says, “this is not the price tag for this” and just takes them. Just wow! Like, what?! Then when I go to check out the cashiers were yelling at each other 😞.
I don’t know. Not a good vibe at all. Kind of sad.
Do better Goodwill. Things need to be priced and properly at the very least. This was a strange Goodwill shopping experience.

Used to be my favorite thrift store, but now it seems they don't want to provide a job for someone to keep fitting rooms open and they don't offer returns/exchanges. You gotta be rich to be able to buy clothes you haven't tried on and risk not being able to return them. And too out of 10 things I like on a hanger and think will fit, sometimes one will be worth my money so that's not good odds to have no fitting rooms. I know people are messy but employees who would rather not have fitting rooms than to take care of them are what this Goodwill is all about.

Most of the employees are super friendly and nice. I like that they keep shoppers in check. Hardly ever have kids running around like other locations and the security guards are pretty attentive as well.

ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL! Employees are incredibly rude and would not allow me to exchange clothes that I brought I couldn’t try them on at all bc there are NO dressing rooms. So I basically wasted my money never again. Salvation Army is way better

place went downhill very quickly. shelves aren’t even half stocked. Prices got ridiculous. Not worth a visit anymore
