Came in to purchase a ps5 controller , I was charged for the pro membership even after saying I was not interested. I called customer service spoke to supervisor Pablo and went in store to try to get a refund before the 48 hour mark. No one could help me, not even the manager in store . Shameful customer service.

This store always supplies all of my gaming needs. The employees are super friendly, knowledgeable, and are usually fellow gamers. The parking is always ample, since they're at the end of a strip mall. The store is always organized. There's usually a sale or preorder deal to take part in. There's lot of in store deals that online doesn't show, so it's good for regular visits. I'm usually an online shopper, but I enjoy being able to have instant access to my video game purchases. I even joined their monthly membership, because the employees did such a good job pitching it

Do not buy the bundle hair it is fake and not real I have got hair from them and it is horrible synthetic please do not spend your money here they would not take it back
