Fantastic neighborhood jewelry/ watch store. Very high quality items and possibly the friendliest staff I've met in a long time. My wife has done business with them and recommended them to remove a couple links in a watch band as well as possibly service another timepiece I have. They were extremely helpful and the Yoing lady that worked with me offered water and couldn't have been more helpful. They adjusted my band at no charge and are providing me with an estimate to service my additional timepiece. And they have cookies.

Friend and Company is an amazing jewelry experience. I have purchased multiple ,beautifully crafted pieces including rings, necklaces, earrings, bracelets, and pendants. Mr. Friend and staff are great to work with, they provide a personal experience tailored to your needs. They work within your budget to find you the best value. I have done business with them for over 25 yrs. and highly recommend them. It is worth the drive to New Orleans for a personal and unique experience.

I worked with Ken to get a custom ring made. He was very helpful throughout the whole process to get the perfect engagement ring made. I tried other places around the New Orleans area but none were up to the same standards as Friend & Co. I highly recommend.

I had been shopping around for a diamond bracelet for a while and my sister recommended I visit Friend & Co. when I came to visit New Orleans. I cannot say enough good things about my experience. Selection was magnificent. I was immediately shown 10+ different bracelets so I could find what type I liked and could afford. They pulled out everything from 2 carat up to 12 carat, a variety of cuts, and diamonds of different qualities. I never felt pressured to go to a higher priced item. Highly recommend.
