Locally-owned. The service was attentive and friendly. The owner even offered us a bottle of water which was super sweet considering the sweltering heat. We compared prices on everything we got and found that their prices consistently beat what you'd find online and at big box stores. This confirmed what our contractor said about them having the best prices. They had most of what we were looking for. We'll be back for sure.
