This is now the best Free People store in the area. Love the staff. They are incredibly helpful. And, they have much more in stock that I'm interested in.

On 9/30/23 at 12:30pm four African American Females in their 60's went into the store. Gave a smile to one of the young staff member and she just gave a cold stared back and not friendly. Overheard one talking to another staff member saying " It's my fault, I was looking down and when I looked up, they were all there."None of the three staff members greeted the ladies, did not help at all and gave them cold stares. Needless to say, all the ladies walked out without buying anything.By the way, the three employees were young white females in their 20's.Can this store be given a minus 1?

Awesome service and helpful, friendly employees. High-class clothing, with a trendy vibe. Great location right on Magazine St., with lots of other vintage stores nearby, and cool restaurants in walking distance!

I took my daughter shopping here today. We were assisted by Lindsay and Bella. They were both laidback (not trying to force a sale) and helpful. While we didn’t find what we were looking for we were given some thoughtful alternatives that could better fit our immediate needs. The store was clean and easy to shop. We will most certainly be back and hope to shop with these employees again.

The ladies here are wonderful! It was a team effort to find me the perfect dress, but we did it! I even ordered a handful of other dresses online in multiple sizes and they gracefully accepted my returns for the ones that didn’t fit properly. Great customer service!

I don't know what star to put. I've been shopping at FP for many many years and have spent literally thousands of dollars there over the years. Every FP store I've visited (many including every store they have in NYC) I've had only the greatest experience with the sales staff.BUT at this location I was treated like an annoyance by the manager...for the 2nd time.The poor sales girl was trying to speak to me and this manager acted like I wasn't even there and was directing comments to the salesgirl who was distractedly trying to help me! The manager never acknowledge me even as she noticed something I was returning and instead of asking me about it directed her comment to the sales girl. She was looking at her iPad the entire time I was there and exclaiming about her online skills ALSO to the sales girl.I might have stayed and bought something, but I felt unwelcome so I left.

The staff was nice and had a soothing environment. But be warned it's a relatively expensive store not that it's not worth it. They have quality clothes but probably not for people larger than a size 14 at least from what I seen but the staff also said their stock had been picked over when we attended.

I go in to this location a lot and every time it's the same thing. I'm greeted once by the people at the counter, then asked again and again if I need help. I completely understand that's their job, but when I can tell I'm being followed around it just makes for an all around uncomfortable experience. I looked at the clearance section yesterday and surprise the manager was looking through a rack right next to me a minute later. I couldn't even shop through the rack because she was pretending to do something with it while she could keep an eye on me. It's a shame because this one is so close to my house and I buy so much there but it's not worth it when the employees and manager make you feel that way.
