AMAZING owner, employees, customer service, and selection! The owner went above and beyond to help me get a cute gift to a friend. I can’t say enough good things about Frida and the people here. By far the best little shop in town.

Fab store (and I live in NYC). Bought a fantastic Mardi Gras/Katie McNee head dress here. Store owner shipped it back to NYC for me and it arrived in perfect shape. Nice clothes and very nice jewelry - one of a kind stuff but reasonable. Great style.

This has to be one of my favorite boutiques I have ever been too. From the lay-out, to the decor, to the clothing, accessories, jewelry and more, I fell in love from the moment I stepped inside the store! I love that Freda has a variety of options in types of clothing, prices, and lifestyle options. I would come back to New Orleans just for this boutique!

Unique shop with local and eclectic finds. Bought some amazing lavender incense there. Really cute finds. The shop itself has some beautiful artwork.

A great collection of beautiful clothing , jewelry, and accessories. The employees were friendly and helpful. I bought a pair of sunglasses and scalp tonic and they were adorably packaged - I'll probably keep the packaging because I am a s***** for stuff like that

This is my favorite store. I've been buying everyone gifts from Freda. They're all hits. These gifts cute as hell. The girl working last time I was there, Morgan, was extremely helpful. Also bonus. The music playing is always fire. These ladies djs ova here. I'm always in there shazam-ing low key.

I was hunting for a great gift for my best friend in New York. She loves the original Marfa location, so I decided to pop in to the New Orleans branch. It's so special and well curated! I picked out a gorgeous crystal ring that I sadly could not afford. The salesperson, a sleek and sassy Uma Thurman type (seriously - do all the employees look like actresses?), came to my rescue. I described my friend and then whispered my modest budget and she snapped into action, directing me towards these rad $40 fringe earrings made by a local person - Young Hussy (easy to remember!). My bestie loved them! I kind of want to go back to meet Drew Barrymore and Moonstruck Cher.

One of my fav local places to find new and vintage treasures. The shop is beautifully curated with unique pieces and home goods, and is the perfect representation of New Orleans eclectic style. The sales girls are all so sweet and amazing, and 'Moonstruck Cher' has helped me on multiple occasions find great pieces! One of my favorite shops here by far.

I drifted down from the Ace Hotel and Stumptown coffee shop, looking for a place to kill some time, and never imagined I would find a treasure like Freda just a couple of doors down. The wall decor first caught my eye, and then a cheerful employee welcomed me in. She let me browse after offering to help, just the way I like it. I saw a bright yellow jumpsuit that I thought my daughter would love, but I needed help, and the employee was able to help me make the right selection. The jewelry and knick knacks were unique, but the soaps!!! I found some scented soaps that were so interesting with a burst of natural aromas perfectly blended that I bought several bars. Back at home, they freshen the entire bathroom, and lather perfectly. The soaps will be on my family gift list next Christmas. FREDA will be a regular stop on my future trips to NOLA.

Very cute boutique! Has cute art installations behind the front counter. Definitely has a desert vibe given how hot as heck it is in there. One of the lady's who was attending the store was super sweet and friendly (blonde, Drew Barrymore in the early 2000s type). I was considering an ARCofLA bag (which to me was bit pricey) and this lady definitely drove the sale home! I'm a little sad that she wasn't there when I came back in an hour to buy the bag. And even worse, I missed the SaintHeron pop-up shop event the store had the day I left town. I'll be back again, Freda, as long as your employees stay so nice. I can definitely see how a store like this can be intimidating to others.

What a lovely store with beautiful products! Unfortunately, the one employee was AWFUL. She was a model-esque hipster with curly dark hair circa Cher in Moonstruck. I asked if some jewelry was by a local artist, to which she scoffed, "um. No. She's not local. She's out of New York." She then continued to eye us and smirk while she hid behind her laptop and texted. I've truly never seen such horrible and overtly bitchy customer service. I fell for a lot of the products, but unfortunately her rude unwelcoming attitude turned me off from purchasing anything. I heard that the owners are delightful people, so I'd encourage you to terminate this employee to give your store the joyful environment I imagine you intended.

Love this boutique. It could totally be one of those snobby, pretentious places but it's not. Had a lovely chat with the girl behind the counter. There is a lot of love and intention behind the curation of this ship and you can feel it. Can't wait to check out their Marfa outpost.
