Wifey and I walked in here to look at their chandeliers after we got in and noticed two that she had been eyeing on wayfair that were much cheaper here, so we bought them. The woman who assisted us was friendly and polite, got everything set and the chandeliers arrived at our residence in Missouri 5 days later in perfect shape.Looking at the reviews after we walked out I got alarmed since there are so many single star reviews. I am not so sure why... I think because people expect these products sold here to be unique yet a lot of them can be found online. Depending on the time you visit the price will probably vary high or lower. In our situation, yeah the list price would have been higher than on wayfair but the sale actually did bring it lower than what it would cost if we bought it direct.

If I could give Fischer-Gambino 10 stars on a scale of 1 to 5 that is how i would rate them. Each of the ladies were so helpful, knowledgeable, and down to earth..... 1) they each go out of their way to help you (Laurie took me under her wing today) 2) they are not pushy. They will help you put rooms together with an inexpensive light here but a more opulent light here..... they clearly know what they're doing to make your house a beautiful home. 3) some of the negative reviews talked about the ladies that worked there explaining that when a sign says do not touch it actually means do not touch. It is not a place for children... It is a beautiful family boutique lighting experience. It is not a playground. 4) if you need any light fixtures go here first.

My wife came across this place on a getaway weekend to in New Orleans. Very cool store to just browse. We found a lamp/fan that we loved. They were very helpful, gave us a great discount and shipped it to our home in California. They said shipping could take up to 4 weeks, well we got in 5 days

Horrible customer service. Owner was incredibly rude and unkind. My girlfriend and myself were browsing at this store and when we told the owner that were only looking she cut off our conversation, wanted nothing to do with us, and said “excuse me” and stepped between my girlfriend and I, walking past us. I’ve never seen such disgust from a store owner. Do not give her your business.

If I had endless money, this would be one of my first go to shops! They have the most unusual lamps and sculptures and furniture!!! I fell in love with sone leather/ zebra chairs, and mi keys lamps! Their sculptures are gorgeous! Plus the coolest hockey games made with carved animals. The people are very friendly and helpful. the lamps and all lighting were 50 % off, but still a little steep for me. The store is packed with cool stuff!

Really pretty store, there were many funny sculptures and lighting. The store attendants were so nice and welcoming. Great addition to my family’s vacation here.

Love this store! Every time my husband Fred and I go to New Orleans, we make it a point to go to Fisher-Gambino. The store has the most unique selection that you can't find in your local furniture stores. I love having pieces in my home that not everyone else has. Would highly recommend this store.

WARNING!!!!! DO NOT SHOP here!!!.....any table lamps you see in store can be purchased via Amazon for more than half off. The lights are made by a company called Chloe. We saw a light we liked. Initially ticket said 600...the owner said half off. We bought it and paid for shipping $50. $350 total. Imagine our surprise when box arrived and the same light (identical model number went for $153 on Amazon with free delivery) don't make drunken purchases like we did. This place is a rip off. Beware and do not buy here.

Rude and condescending attitude from the saleswomen. Ordered a 3-piece statute set, which was supposed to be delivered to our hotel in New Orleans. Paid upfront, was promised that they’d notify us when it is being delivered. That never happened, so we had to go to the store to check out what was going on, where they told us that the statute set didn’t arrive to the shop and they couldn’t deliver it to us, and that they had forgotten to notify us… We asked for a refund, which they said they did, but the receipt didn’t show that the money came through and it didn’t show up on our bank account, and we had to go back to the shop on the day of our flight back to Europe to check whether we are getting our money back, and that’s when one of the saleswomen said that ‘they didn’t want our money’. Horrible experience, left extremely disappointed.

This place is strange, most of their wares are very opulent and fun crystal chandeliers and kitschy furniture pieces. We couldn't help but stand in awe at some of those prices, but they certainly seem worth it!
