I am so close to pulling my mortgage from this absolute farce of a bank.The employees are consistently inept. The online banking program is a complete joke. The ATMs consistently break down at the VERY few locations that even accept cash deposits.My mother worked in banking for decades and I have had about 6 bank accounts from various institutions in my adult life, and this is by far the worst I have ever had to deal with on every front.Put your money literally anywhere else

Just awful bank elsewhere. Attempted to make a partial mortgage payment by phone. After giving info and second time being put on hold the teller quickly came back and said it's done. That was 5 days ago and it still hasn't moved from the payment account. Still one of the oldest WORST banks in NOLA. The online banking dashboard interfaces like a anarabicus

At 7:52 am I pulled into this bank’s parking lot to run my 2 year old twins into their school across the street. I was there until 7:56…4 minutes…while the bank was unopened. One employee parked there while I was wrangling the boys out of their car seats and into their shoes (whyyy, boys, why??) Not a single other car. While frazzled and trying to get my twins safely out of traffics way this employee reprimands me over and over again loudly but by this time I had one twin in hand and the other one was unbuckled and I just needed to get them to their classroom. Other parents overheard her rude harassment and asked me what was happening. It is astonishing that you would allow someone with this attitude to work in customer service. I’m a lifelong New Orleanian along with my husband and thankfully I do not and will never work with this bank branch.

I converted my company from an LLC to a C-corp. It took over two months for this bank team to figure it out. When they finally did, then their online portal wouldn't sync up properly with the new account. In addition to this, I have had members of the bank not follow-up when they said they would. I closed my account.

I explained that I was facing a disaster and needed to move money from savings into my Fidelity checking quickly. I was told the bank would speed it up if I was someone who had more money I their account, but would likely not for me. They were not at all nice or sympathetic or helpful about finding a solution. The bank employees refer only to their policies, and dont think in terms of helping customers at all. The customer service line for the company is even worse. Better than Chase is all I can say for themNotice that in their response below they told me I could get the cash myself, and saw that as having helped me fully and they actually thank themselves for how good they did -- no response to whether they told me they would have helped someone with more money, because they know that's true. That encapsulates their customer service: they think they are great, doesnt matter how unhappy that you, the customer, are.

I worked with Dan Fulham in the underwriting department while I went through renovating my first ever property with a construction loan. Dan was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. At every step, he was able to let me know what I should and shouldn't expect and was charismatic throughout. Great experience. Thank you Dan!
