Try to get here as soon as I Got of work and driving in the rain to get in fedex to print and laminate a few paper which I have got it done here before and finish within 10 mins. But today I Came in to be told by a lady that work here” im not about to make anything today because we will be closed in 9mins, come back on Monday and tell someone else to do it”I got many services done from here before by other amazing staffs. But not today or this lady. Unfortunately attitude was not welcome. If you’re going to closed, lock the door.

I’ve been using this location the past 3 weeks to mail to an out of town friend. It’s not a once bad day fluke they are not only unkind but flat out rude. This is the most ridiculously convenient location but I will go out of my way to not use them.

I am in New Orleans. Just went through hurricane Ida. My electric went off the day it hit, so while I was walking around with a flash light at night, I found three homeless children on the street, ages 2 boy (crying and laying on the concrete), 8 boy, 13 girl (trying to console her little baby brother). I bought them into my home so they would be safe. It was hot in everyone's homes, so we all slept with our doors and windows opened. When the electric was restored on my block that Thursday the 2nd, only my bathroom and one bedroom had electric, which means my circuit breakers had gone bad and my house was still hot. I went to Lowes and Home Depot to buy all new breakers, only to find out that the main 100 watt breaker was my problem, so I still do not have all my electric. The type breaker I have could only be ordered on line. I found the type I need at Lowes on line and ordered it Sun. the 5th. They stated that it should get to me by Thursday the 9th. They emailed me to tell me they shipped it through FedEx that Monday the 6th (on labor day) and had a FedEx tracking number, so I believed them that FedEx had my package. I than got a notice that it would arrive Wed. the 8th so I was happy until the arrival date began to promise the next day. I look to see where it was on FedEx website and notice that it started in MD, to AZ, to NM, to GA, to AR, to LA. If we are taught that the quickest way to get from one place to another is a straight line, why is my order passing my home so many times and still has not gotten to me yet? Than, they ask that we give them our cell number to get text notifications and they never text when it is scanned in a new location. Are they scared to tell us how stupid they are? I need electricity! I am near death here, or is it that you want me to die. P.S. I found those children's mother and she is homeless also. The people in our neighborhood found out what I did and they each take turns taking the children in, until they find out how bad those ungrateful children are. The government will have to take them in order to control those heathens. That is the only blessing about me not having lights. It made it easy for me to get them out of my house. They had my children crying and telling me, mom please get them out of here.

Two tradeshows happenning at the Convention Center and only one person behind the counter and she is in training, how is this even possible. Terrible customer service. Jessica didnt know how to check on an business card order or how to do an exchange of product.

I have been coming to this Fedex and it has been a hit or miss, a couple years ago... from customer service to their older machines that couldn't do certain print jobs that other Fedex's could. However, I've been back three times in the last month, for shipping services and had amazing customer service; specifically Nancy and Ty were the ones I have worked directly with. Super professional, friendly/cheerful, and patient! I just love being able to come into a business where I'm greeted and serviced with great attitude. As I was leaving, I could hear the other staff members greet people, and just friendly assisting the customers. The energy was just positive feeling and happy! Thank you!
