Matthew was incredibly helpful. I was in a huge rush with the Lyft waiting for me outside and he was super speedy, kind, and cool! I legitimately could not have asked for a better experience. Taylor supported as well.

Customer service is horrible. Paid $30 for shipping of a package and never received it

Don't worry about the bad reviews if you are getting a print job done. I was a little nervous as I had an important deadline to meet. I showed up at 9am and was greated by Devon. He was super helpful, had my package done early, and even was able to help me with a few additional last minute items. Great job Devon for providing excellent customer service. Print job was perfect.

Bad experience across the board. The young lady who works there has to be the rudest person I've seen in retail. Doesn't acknowledge anyone, tone is terrible and overall didn't seem to care about your business. The young man seems like he's letting her run the show and didn't engage in much at all.Issue 1: I emailed them two files. The emails were titled "email 1 of 2" and "email 2 of 2" with the title. I called twice to confirm receipt and understanding before they printed. They called me a day after I needed it and said it was done. Upon pickup, they never opened 2 of 2 and the job was only half done. I had to show them the email in their inbox and they had to rush print. Did they apologize or offer a break? Nope. Nothing. Acted like it was my fault and finished the job.Issue 2: this one is not them, I think it's FedEx as a whole. I sent a package to this facility FROM FedEx in my home town. So I paid FedEx, to send to FedEx, using FedEx. When I went to pickup my package, the staff charged me a surcharge or "delivery fee". WTH! I paid FedEx for all charges and I now have to pay to get my package? Very disappointed.

Clueless staff! Go to UPS.I needed to send a letter to South Africa urgently. This store is in a conference center that caters for international visitors but they have no clue how to send two pieces of paper to another country. This is supposed to be their area of expertise. Also - not the friendliest bunch. My letter is being treated as an imported item and is now stuck in customs (!!) and FedEx can’t tell me if or when it will be released. Use UPS at the conference center instead - THEY know what they are doing and they charged me half the price.

Great staff! Clean and organized space with many amenities. Located inside the Hilton hotel to the left when you walk in.

Paid them to handle a UPS pickup. Package wasn’t scanned as received by UPS; didn’t make it to the recipient. FedEx didn’t really seem to care and said it is just how bad shipping is now after COVID. Guess I won’t pick FedEx for my first option for shipping. $10 and poor customer concern = lost future customer for real work

I went to pick up a package from the Hilton. It turns out that Hilton redirects the packages to the FedEx Office (even though I did not authorize a redirect as the shipper). FedEx would only release the packages to me if I paid $80. Additionally, when I asked them to deliver it to me, they added another $30. Since they weren’t authorized to receive the packages, I think this is illegal and extortion. It could also be considered theft of property.

The employees here tell you that the Hilton receives packages, which is pretty standard for hotels. That is, however, not correct. The Hilton doesn't receive packages for guests. They have any packages for guests delivered to a FedEx office, a space that Hilton leases to FedEx. To pick up my packages, they charged me $80, in addition to all of the shipping fees (greater than $100). To deliver the packages to the third floor (up one floor), it was $110! The Hilton did not make it clear that they redirect the packages to FedEx. Additionally, as the shipper, I did not authorize Hilton to redirect the package to FedEx. Edit: you can avoid paying the handling fee by going after they are closed and asking the hotel security guard to get it for you.

Wouldn’t take a package I needed to send (a PCR test). Had to go seek out a drop box. Found one at 601 poydras where the last pick up was 615.You’d think this place, if they don’t take medication tests etc would have a list of drop boxes and times. The only place they knew of was the convention center which was 10 min in the wrong direction. Found something closer to the quarter on my own.

If I could leave zero stars I would. This fedex is the most poorly run office I have ever been to. After spending thousands of dollars with fedex every year they refuse to let you ship a package out and schedule a pick up. I will be calling headquarters and letting them know of the poor service and being double charged after ALREADY paying for a scheduled pickup.

Would have rated 0 if I could. I tried to drop off a package with a shipping label that I already paid for and printed and they tried to charge an extra $10 just for dropping it off at a location inside a hotel.

I had a package shipped to me at the hotel in which this FedEx is located. Without my knowledge or consent, FedEx received the package and then charged me $10 to pick it up. That is, in a word, extortion. Do not reward this location with your business.

$15 add-on gouging fee for a package with a pre printed FedEx postage label!! Just wrong on so many levels. They are greedily taking advantage of tourists and conventioneers. FedEx and/or this franchise owner need to be run out of town. STEER CLEAR! Search some more, there are numerous other options for shipping in the CBD that won't try to shaft you .And the clerk's are surly and speak to you while chewing on lunch. I wonder if they wanted the $15 to get their eat on! From my keen observations, that is a distinct possibility.
