whoever delivered my package to my home today around 1:30, it would’ve been nice of you to put my heavy package on my PORCH. but instead you put it on the ground and it got soaking wet because it rained not too long after you put it in my yard. this is the second time that yall do not take care of my packages, your employees need to learn how to at least ring my doorbell.

Supremely unhelpful staff, had an attitude for every question I asked and was rude to people even when answering the phone. I’d rather just throw my packages down the street than to ship through this location.

I've never had a bad experience at any FedEx store before, until now. The employees at this store seemed disrespectful and reluctant to help, and made it clear that it was their way or no way. I ended up asking for the manager, and he was helpful. This experience highlighted the fact that when you don't own a business, you might not care as much. People should be the cure and medicine to this world, not the pain and sickness. I want to thank the store manager for his help and service. This review is directed at the employees who were working there. It wasn't too much to ask for something to be packed correctly. Have a good day.

It’s sad that I come and the location is closed 10 min before 6 pm. We work a lot with fedex.
Hire white people they are less lazy and more reliable !!!! Very sad that I need to say it but unfortunately it is true at least in New Orleans

Unfortunately, in this circumstance leaving a bad review is a must so I can warn everyone--
DO NOT leave this store without making them triple check the address they've input into the system with you. The woman I worked with, I wish I remembered her name, did not. She simply input the information on the post it I gave her and charged me the $55 for 2-day shipping. I will accept responsibility for not double checking my receipt, but the fact that she did not bother to double check shows she has not been trained properly-- when you are dealing with someone's packages you MUST go through every step of the process and confirm their details with them. Lesson learned on my end for sure-- never assume someone is going to look out for your stuff. The crazy thing is the address she input isn't even an address!! How did the system not tell her that?
What knocked this down from three-stars to one-star was the FedEx customer service process, not the store itself. I called the customer care line and they told me that refunding me the 2-day shipping was impossible on their end, that I'd have to call the store directly. I updated the delivery address and then called the store. They told me they "did not have access to the shipping system" at the store, that I'd need to call the customer care line as there is nothing they can do for me. It blows my mind that there isn't a way to at least give store credit to someone when their own team member made the mistake. The man on the phone claimed he was the store manager. I don't blame him, because I know he's working within a corporate structure but I do implore him to TRAIN HIS STAFF.
I then called customer care back and at this point had spent about 20 minutes going back and forth between the lines. They finally admitted that they indeed could refund, but that I'd need to wait until the package is delivered and then wait for an invoice and then contact the appeals department.
The thing that pisses me off the most is how difficult they make the resolution. The time you spend is almost not worth the $55 I spent for a mistake and a lesson learned.
1- Train your staff, and maybe pay them better too!
2- Don't waste people's time lying to them telling them that you can't issue a refund or offer them a solution. Introverted or shy people will struggle through this process every single time and that SUCKS.
Y'all good luck! Just know what you want going in and MAKE them triple check your information. There is really no better solution, all of the competitors will treat you the exact same way, they CAN do it because they're too big to fail.
I realize that for a company with this much power reviews don't matter, but at least it makes me feel a little better :)

If I can give zero Stars I definitely would. This is my third horrible interaction with the assistant manager by the name of Sharon. She became very irritated in one of the chastised me because I did not have a car to pay for my shipping. I came in the door 5 minutes to closing and she was pissed because she then had to open another register to accept my cash. Your store closes at 7:00 not 5 minutes to 7:00 you make those preparations after you've had your last customer. I will be following up with the district manager as well as the corporate office

If you want quality customer service, pass. If you’re fine with do it yourself, you’ll be ok.

Horrible service, the young lady didn't know what she was doing, No one came to help either, she couldn’t locate my account in the system so I had to pay more for shipping my package $62.00 my discounts were not applied and she was not knowledgeable at all. The workers and management knew she needed help with the computer obviously, and they didn’t step up to help. Now I have to email the company to get a reimbursement wasted my time and money. Horrible service.

This location printed a poster for a conference within an hour of me sending it, and the staff were helpful and communicative.

You can’t call this place to talk to a real person and the automated operator won’t connect you

Dropped off a couple of prepaid FedEx packages with a breeze. They even have a new technology where you can scan it yourself! Awesome experience. Helpful people.

Horrible service. I don’t even remember the names of the people who “helped” me out because they were extremely rude. They didn’t even care to grab a box themselves. Won’t be coming back

I'm annoyed. This place used to be open late and I didn't know the hours had changed (according to google they've only changed in the last few weeks). I placed an order of over $300 of prints for work. I arrived at 7pm and the staff locked the door on me. Two employees could see me outside, as well as another customer who arrived just a few minutes after me, he was also is just picking up and also didn't know the hours had changed. We can both see our orders inside, ready, on the shelf. They literally would only have to hand them to us, it's already paid for and everything. Both staff just dismissively signaled that the store is closed. Yes, I understand I should have checked the hours and come earlier. But I hadn't imagined they would have changed from previous hours. This actually defeats my whole purpose of ordering from this store, as now I won't have my prints in the time I needed them for work tomorrow. All that money, down the drain. I was here at 7pm, as they locked the door, they could clearly see I was coming to pick up an order, and 30 seconds of courtesy would have saved us all a lot of trouble. They still would have closed at 7pm. It's not like I showed up hours after close expecting service. They spent more time explaining than it would have taken to just hand me my prints. Moreover, what even is the point of a copy shop that's not open more than an hour past standard business hours? I'm never ordering from this location again.

It says on their website last pickup is at 6pm. Today i dropped by at 4:30pm and was told - "express went out at 4pm" . They didn't even apologize. They acted like it was my fault. Eff these people!
