Supremely unhelpful staff, had an attitude for every question I asked and was rude to people even when answering the phone. I’d rather just throw my packages down the street than to ship through this location.

It’s sad that I come and the location is closed 10 min before 6 pm. We work a lot with fedex. Hire white people they are less lazy and more reliable !!!! Very sad that I need to say it but unfortunately it is true at least in New Orleans
