FedEx Office Print & Ship Center is located on the second floor. The team is incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive. Staff go above and beyond, providing great service to ensure customers have everything needed. They are willing to do whatever it takes, assisting with printing last minute requests, shipping, and loading items. The technology can be slow, which prolongs the time needed, but the customer service is excellent. The location serves its purpose with super easy and helpful support.
Shout out to Chaz for coming in clutch and letting me use the FedEx tape when my heel broke on my way to an appointment at 1250 Poydras. 10/10!

I could not be more pleased with the service at this location! I had 15 heavy boxes shipped here and Quentin went above and beyond bringing them downstairs and loading them in my car. Thank you!!!
