I enjoy FedEx but I have the fact that I give details of where to deliver and they sometimes ignored it

I wish the drivers would read the notes. Everybody would get their packages. But they don't read. Just put the package by the door and take a picture and run off. They don't even knock hard enough for you to hear them.
