I’m only giving it a one star because of convenience and the cashier. However the manager was very rude. I asked the cashier one question and she jumped in and answered very rudely. I asked her was she having an okay day because wasn’t understanding where the attitude was coming from. She then replied yes and stared me down as she walked past me. This kind of behavior is so unacceptable and unprofessional. In my opinion y’all should evaluate who you allow to be managers. This isn’t someone who exemplifies a leader. I will never visit this store again. Now the one on General DeGualle they’re always kind and pleasant. I’ll spend my money there from now on.

I will NEVER shop at this Family Dollar again, even though it’s close to my home and I have already spent hundreds of dollars there in the last year since I moved to the area. I’m going to tell my friends and family to stop shopping there as well, mainly because the staff is SO RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. I always say please, Thankyou etc and for some reason the short ugly lady with the short hair - I guess she/he/it calls herself a manager - the woman HATES me and goes out of her way to be extremely rude and condescending every time I go in there. There is absolutely NO reason behind treating a regular and good paying customer this way, and I’ve had it with that ugly little troll lady. Good job Family Dollar, you’re now losing business because of your very rude staff… maybe hire some normal people and not stupid hateful ones.

May 28 2019 12:50p.m., Short Dark skin Heavyset Cashier named Neka was very ghetto and messy, talking bout other employees business that had nothing to do with family Dollar. She should've opened her line instead of gossiping.
