I always feel unsafe when I shop here. The only people that shop are thieves, and I shop there every day. As a result the management assumes everyone is a thief tries to ban people and stock the shelves. All the employees are always yelling across the store to each other and laughing about random pointless stuff. anyway All the employees assume everyone is a thief. I spend $2,000 a year there and they said that I am a thief (when I shop there every day).....
They said I was trying to steal some hot sauce at the register ( when I openly purchased it like every other item) when I accidentally dropped it on the ground............ , that means if you're ever shopping be sure to not drop anything on the ground. After I purchase the item with a lot of other items I complained to management about the cashier asking me if I was trying to steal hot sauce when I'm at the cash out register with the hot sauce. That hurt my feelings and she had no care at all and said it "oh you purchased it?" I said "yes, you can look it up in your POS system" and she said "oh ok, well it doesn't matter I wasn't allowed back"
Management is chasing off regular customers

I don't know if the corporate office at family Dollar knows what's going on at family Dollar is like high schoolers and they handle everything unprofessionally and in a very controlling way, meanwhile I majored in hospitality with 2 degrees, so I'm glad that me and you and the corporate office can make sure that everything is going fine because I majored in this like I said so I'm glad we know what my experience is and my credibility in hospitality.

I got there at 930 pm on May 20 2023. There guy at the door not letting anyone inside and said they were closed. It's a Saturday google and the sign on the door says open till 1000 pm. Very disappointed!! Sitting here waiting this is 945 now myself included 4 customers got turned away.
