If more then one, of the same item, on the same shelf then why isn’t the item for the price it says on the box of this item? It said $5.00 on an orange sticker on the box. The item rang up for $7.50 and when we told the manager that, while she still had it in her hand that it was $5.00. She looked at the box and stated, “Well it’s not $5.00, because it would’ve rung up as so, and there’s nothing I can do about it, so you want it or not”? So she sends her employee to go get the rest of the boxes off the shelf and told him to take the orange stickers off, I just looked at her and started taking pictures of the item with the sticker saying how much. First of all, she has no manners. And why does she think she can talk to customers that way? So I had to step my mom aside to talk to this “manager” because she was talking like she was out of her mind to my mom.She is too rude and if this is who Family dollar wants to represent them then that is unacceptable and BBB will hear about this. It’s a run down store with the glass doors and windows boarded up with wood. I wonder why… Probably cause this manager has problems talking to customers right and street things happen. People need to learn how to respect customers and etc. She’s a problem and it’s called unprofessional & unacceptable, manager issues. She needs to be trained on how to be respectful and she should be held accountable. So in this picture, tell me where we got the wrong price at? It wasn’t about the price after everything was said and done, it was your manager that doesn’t know who she is talking to. And I’m sure this isn’t her first time. Learn how to speak to people without speaking at them. New management cause the current ones don’t care that the store looks run down and no one wants to be held accountable for nothing regarding this location. The store looks just like the part of the city it’s located in. Trashed and I lived in this part of the city for more then 20 years. You can’t tell me nothing about my part of city where I’ve resided at, and still do so today. I hope the entire city gets better, but it starts with respect, unity etc. But that won’t happen for years and maybe never. Because people like your manager, are disrespectful. My PIT BULLS, are more respectful then her. I HATE DISRESPECTFUL people. They serve no purpose in life except for chaos and trauma for others.

The lady that opens up the store is very rude she doesn't open the store on time and i knocked on the door it was 8:15 when I knocked on the door she was yelling and screaming at me she's very rude this is the third time I've gone up at 8:00 in the morning she refuses to open up the store today date Oct 28 2023

The store is understaffed as well as understocked. They said they were remodeling, but I just don't see it. I would prefer going to another location if and when I'm able.

One the worst of the most disrespectful Family Dollar staffs in the country. Nothing but cursed words, cursing music and nasty attitudes as soon as you come through door. Unprofessional children at the register. The Managers have no control over the staff. They just stand there and don’t say or do anything. I hate this store.

If your store is listed as closing at 10pm, you should still be open at 9:30pm. I guess closing early is more important than serving customers.
