There's a waitress that keeps giving me soda water when i order a drink and when I went to the bar the drink was normal and when i confronted her on it she said to me just don't order drinks from her then I've dropped hundreds of dollars in this place and can't seem to get a cool refreshing drink and if she had a better attitude then maybe she would make more tips but there's one server named mr Lionel now if you sit in his section he takes care of you always with a good attitude so if you go there try to sit in his section if you would like good service

Machines are so tight, can't win anything. When they have drawings, they call one customer every hour. Seems like they only names being called are their everyday customers. Let me not forget to mention that they turn off machines for certain customers to play is a shame.

They put grown folks out at 12 when kids are terrorizing the city all hrs of the day and night. It's a casino and should at lease be open later at lease till 2am. Than to have numerous machines that's been out of service for months to still be in there is ridiculous let alone numerous machines with buttons broken don't work or u can't play certain amount do to buttons been broke! The board of commission needs to start inspecting these casinos ? here in New Orleans and surrounding parishes. Folks go to these places to try and win taking chances gambling and for these machines to not be operating right or fix is a slap in the face to gamblers. What rights does gamblers have beside not revisiting the place? The buttons jam don't press etc it's dead wrong. They shouldn't be in the casino if their not working! Remove and replace with something else.

Shopping at the Dollar Tree is always a good time! My favorite location is on Canal Blvd. The price is always good and there is a great selection of merchandise. Love the Tree?

It has been over a year since I have entered the FAIR GROUNDS. IT WAS MY "CHEERS" WHERE EVERYBODY KNOWS YOUR NAME AND ALWAYS GLAD YOU CAME. I'M NOT ALLOWED, STILL WAITING FOR MY CALL FROM HEAD OF SECURITY. I DON'T BOTHER NO ONE IF YOU KNOW ME YOU WOULD AGAIN. WITH THAT BEING SAID I WILL ALWAYS RATE THE F.G. WITH 20 ⭐. I'M A FUN PLACE TO GO AND THE FOOD IS AMAZING. GUMBO, SEAFOOD, POBOYS AND SALADS. ALCOHOL FLOODING LIKE WATER ANY KIND AND NON ALCOHOL BEVERAGES AS WELL ❤️? D.J. IS OLD SCHOOL MUSIC TOO☺️?

I go here almost every day. Most of the employees are really nice. I've only had one waitress be really rude to me. Everytime she brings me a drink when I ask for sprite she brings soda water. EVERY SINGLE TIME. So this past week I asked her why is this happening she says well maybe you won't ask me for a drink anymore. I've never done anything to this women. I've never met her outside of the establishment. Idk what I did. I try to tip most time I get a drink, but occasionally don't have change. But still this should not be happening.
Update. I still go often but I cut back. The waitress is still an ass but I just ignore her.
The old slots we have found some of them don't pay correctly... My boyfriend had to get a technician to say yes the machine should have paid you for that line sir .. instead of giving him cash they gave him free play which I think is crap... He should have won cash. This left a bad taste in our mouth... So my stars haven't changed.

Same machines have been broken for years. From the buttons not working to having to put the money in at just the right angle for the bill acceptor to take it. And most machines won't even accept players card because that is also broken.
No maintenance done around here. NONE. Nobody cares. Place is run down.
