Rabih made this entire process amazing. I talked to 6 or so lender from the biggest, like Chase Bank to the smallest and Rabih was by far the best at 1. Communication, 2. Patience and understanding 3. Very thorough and educational. Looking forward to more transactions with him and his team in the future.

I was trying to find some one to help me get a CMA on my home Mrs Shannon did not hesitate to help me even though that is not her field and if she was willing to help me with that I know she will be an amazing person to work with getting money to for your for ever home she is an amazing person... ? I would recommend her with any loans you would need I know she went over and beyond for me!

If I could leave more than 5 stars I would! I thought it would never be in the cards for me to become a homeowner, and it all started with one call. Talking with Kyle, he gave me an outline of what I needed to do to make this dream a reality. Starting with very specific credit repairs, that jumped my credit score in no time and put me in the driver seat! It is a long process, but not a hard one thanks to everything Eustis provides. Thank you so much to everyone involved!

Excellent communication and knowledge. I would recommend going directly to Rahib, especially if you are going to use VA benefits. If you like the easy button, Rahib is the only option I recommend when using your VA benefits to finance your home!!
