“Ja'Nae is an incredible team member at this location as well as Mekhi who got me set up with the services a few months ago but I just stopped in and she helps me get my esim situation restored very promptly and and easily and she is extremely outgoing and friendly as well this is a very nice person to be around. Makai is similar and he's very good as well. What are the wonderful refreshing experience at a phone store after schlepping my way all the way here hoping I would make it on time and hoping it wouldn't take too long 10/10”
“Very happy with the service here. They corrected my issue right away. I wish I would have gotten the young man's name that helped me and my son, but I was really impressed how thorough he was. He kept double checking the phone number and even wrote down information. I felt very comfortable that he was taking care of us and not skipping over any steps. Antonio at Broad Street may have saved the day. He was the apitamy of what customer service should be.”

“I don't understand people's expectations. It's a pawn shop. It's used items. Either you want it or you don't ?. I've never experienced bad customer service here. However, I've witnessed impatient people/customers who clearly come with certain expectations that might not be met. If that's the case, then just go buy your items new or sell them elsewhere.
