This is definitely a hotel I can say made my travels so much better the location is within walking distance to many new Orleans destination s staff was super helpful with all my questions and you need to try this completely breakfast because it is not your typical scrambled eggs and waffles so many fresh daily options that rotate then they also have the same style with dinner I can't say anything negative about this hotel except my only let down was the pool and hot tub were down and was told it would be fixed and the 3 days I was there unfortunately it did not work any of those days but how everything else went with the hotel I can say that one issue with so many positives. Will be back when I'm in town for business.Rooms: Many great options with many great views

I gave them a one because I felt offended by security. All other teas were amazing and 24 hr coffee for me is always a plus.So I was in the smoking area on their property some odd hr of the night (I’m a night owl who loves peace) sipping on this 24 hr coffee smoking my cigarette on the phone with one of my good friends and security walks up on me and proceeds to tell me to leave ? why ? Security tells me because I’m homeless and can’t be there. I had to leave ? Sir I have a room hereIt was so cold in my room I thought the temperature dropped outside so I got suited and booted (it wasn’t too bad). My coat was to my ankles scarf around my neck hood on and socks and slippers ??♀️Next time instead of assuming, how about asking if I’m staying at the hotel and my room number if need be. It’s not what you say it’s how you say it and your delivery is trash Sir.

Great hotel for the family. Free breakfast and happy hour are good as always. Only down fall if the hot tub doesnt get hot, checked in on a saturday they said it should be fixed by the afternoon and the closest it came was a "warm tub".Walkability: Walkable distance to casino, superdome, bourbon street and more

Such a beautiful place to stay. We loved our room. Hotel was very nice. Every staff member we came in contact with was so polite and helpful. It was the perfect location for places we wanted to visit. When I go back to New Orleans I'm choosing this hotel to stay again.Walkability: We were in walking distance to all our spots. We visited the Ceasars Dome. Short distance to Bourbon street.Food & drinks: The drinks and food was perfect at the bar. We enjoyed the Bavarian pretzels with queso cheese. And the complimentary drinks inside the Kick Back were very refreshing. Over all can't say one bad thing about anything.

Decent rooms and a good location, but some of the amenities were lacking. The tea and coffee service at the last Drury Plaza we stayed at in Nashville was 24/7 in 2 spots; at this location it’s only 24/7 in the lobby (they lock the kitchen area right up) and they didn’t have out any creamers, milk, or hot water - so no real cream. hot tea or hot chocolate after dinner hours.

The Staff here is A+. Everyone was friendly. The rooms are nice and comfortable. The food was good. Walking distance to Bourbon street. The only downside is the hot tub only stays on for 10min. Hopefully that will change by the time I go back.

Had to change my reservation from Tuesday to Wednesday and the room rate went from $114 to $204. Bed was horrible. Dinner was not good, the salad lettuce tasted like it was dirty. The grits for breakfast were very bland. I had to use 3 salt and 2 pepper packs to give them some taste. The Bold coffee was definitely not bold. Sorry I made a reservation here and do not intend to stay here again. I cannot recommend this hotel.

From the initial check in, to the awesome gal at the front desk, spacious room, two included meals, and awesome location, to the roof top pool and hot tub. Everything was awesome! We spent our anniversary visiting New Orleans for the first time and it was fabulous to have a comfortable place to retreat to after hitting bourbon street. Perfect walking distance. Very secure, and attentive staff. Three free cocktails every evening included. Parking is a lil speedy but the other awesome amenities more than make up for it! Great place to bring your family, or to get away for the weekend! Will repeat! Oh I almost forgot, the bartender in the main bar does well, and the pizza is awesome!Rooms: Spacious. Beds are decentNearby activities: Bars store restaurants nearby. Also a trolly across the streetSafety: Need a card to even access the elevator. Always staff patrollingWalkability: A few blocks from all of the actionFood & drinks: Awesome pizzas, three free drinks every evening, and two included meals

My friend and I stayed at this hotel for a 4 day trip to New Orleans. The hotel was lovely! Great location. I would like to particularly point out the Manager of this Hotel, Slade, who went above and beyond to correct a few things that were not to our satisfaction. Thank you Slade. We highly recommend this hotel and it's fabulous location. We would stay here again. THANK YOU SLADE FOR YOUR KINDNESS AND CONSIDERATION!!

While this hotel may be rated as 3 stars, it’s right up there with any 5 star experience I’ve ever had. The hotel is well maintained and has tons of amenities. The staff is TOP NOTCH! Particularly Ms. Jamie who works at the front desk. She’s so attentive, knew us all by name, and took care of any concerns we had at lighting speed. The location is amazing, writhing walking distance to everything you desire. The beds were comfy. And the evening reception can’t be beat. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to New Orleans. I will definitely stay here again!Safety: We (3 women) felt very safe here.Walkability: Very walkableFood & drinks: Great good even better drinks

We stayed here for my 40th birthday. Hotel was great except not always responsive (had to nag a couple times when issues arose) and charged the wrong card on checkout. But pretty solid overall. Loved the freebies! The food is actually pretty good considering it’s included. And very reasonably priced even with that. Location was ok, staff were very friendly/sweet. Manager listened sympathetically to my negative experience on bourbon street. Would highly recommend

This may say a 3 star hotel but in my book, it’s a 5! Can’t say enough about the staff, the room, the amenities and on and on. You really see the teamwork happening. The southern hospitality, friendliness, and the closeness of all the staff is very noticeable. This is a MUST stay! I’ve travelled a lot in my lifetime all over the world and this experience at the hotel rates very close to the top of the list. Absolutely wonderful visit and the Drury was the best part of it!!

Stayed here for a week. Great hotel. I loved that everything from doors to elevator to parking garage all had to be accessed through key card. Felt secure and safe. The staff was great, knowledgeable of the area and friendly. The complimentary breakfast was good. They also do a daily kick back 530-7 with 3 free cocktails and light dinner so that was neat. They also have food for purchase which is a great after a night out. Pool and hot tub were great after a day of walking. The location is perfect. It's right in front of a trolley stop but if you wanted to walk it's only a few blocks to Bourbon St. Recommend using the Le Pass app though, we did a 3 day jazzy pass and it made it so easy to jump off and on trolley all through the area.
