It’s 7:54 and I’m just getting off from work trying to get my kids some food and the trans is saying y’all are closed because she the only one in there and I am highly upset after a long day !!! All I wanted to do was get my babies something to eat

Great store if opened , arrived today store closed with Senior Citizens lined up on their motorized wheelchair/ scooters outside .Saddened for those citizens, humid and hot and seniors to add to their health issues .I hope staffing is RESOLVED, unfortunate for all customers.

I'm actually a team leader who transfered over from the 7th ward. I much more enjoy working here and enjoy the customers I serve and wanted to throw out a general thank you for everyone's patience as we work hard to pull the store together with the new store manager, Charlie!

Employees are very rude & disrespectful. I understand that it's only Dollar General but people in the community shop at this store & it gets robbed often, theft occurs with employee knowledge, no security here & the worst part is the cashiers are so rude and they don't assist on or with anything. I've watched these people verbally exchange words with customers as if no one was holding them accountable. This store needs to be shut down if you ask me.

I know that we're in a pandemic and things have been altered for many businesses, however Customer Service is now & always HAS been unchanged! Be courteous to customers and people will value your business/staff. If you're rude or unprofessional = customers are the same. Cashier was yelling the stores "no cash" policy as they entered & when asked about particular items in store was very disinterested in helping. If you don't like people, don't work in a customer service focused job. Store was disorganized & items shuffled all over the place as if she (or other staff) had made no attempt to clean up or restock shelves. Two stars because at least there is a store/grocery option for this neighborhood nearby & my item ended up being on sale. Otherwise, 1 star.

Store was dirty and shelves were empty. One package of plastic cups I picked up had been opened. There's always an issue with this store.
