First time using this type of service. We ordered graduation hand fans on short notice. DocuMart met expectations and had the hand fans ready as promised. The quality and cost of product was on point.

Saved and impressed - again! I've been using Documart for printing services for events and promotional materials for the past four years. They're my preferred printer as well as my last-minute-less-than-24-hour notice printer. Their customer service is exceptional, their prices are reasonable (and usually the lowest), and their quality is great. They have graphic design experience to make sure the print looks great, too. I really appreciate how everything is digital. Quotes as well as file submissions can all be done through their website for fast service, but they still pick up the phone when you call and call you back to let you know your prints are ready. You get the best of both worlds - digital and in-person customer service! The only issues I've ever had were about a file, and it was on my end. Was able to still get the fixed and design approved prior to print. Again, can't say enough about their great customer service. This goes for both locations by the way - Harahan and New Orleans. I've had to send something to one location and picked up in the other. They're really willing to work with you and give you the best prices, service, and print products.

VERY POOR. BETTY HOLLINSWORTH RECOMMENDED A 750,000 PIECE MAILING TO A THREE PARISH (PLUS SLIDELL) AREA COSTING ABOUT $300,000 TO ADVERTISE A $1500 PER MONTH OFFICE SPACE FOR LEASE. SHE HAS NO CLUE WHAT REALITY IS.

DocuMart did a fantastic job! I corresponded with Betty and she got me exactly what I needed in 1 day. I was able to upload my work onto their website at 8am and she had it printed and ready to go by 5:30pm. Highly recommend for any printing needs.
