Was gonna pick up a few items but had to use the restroom first.. one employee told me to get the key from front register then that employee at the register said not for public use decided not to spend my money here

This is the worst CVS in the city with the attitudes to match. Workers are hardly ever at the register so you have to search for a worker that acts like you are disturbing them from their personal phone call in which they are talking about customers.TERRIBLE

Will be calling corporate on Tuesday. Pharmacy don’t answer. Was on hold for 45 minutes. Front of store don’t answer. This is unacceptable

Camera for passport pictures is not working at Elysian and Clairborne nor the one by Costco. Go to the CVS at 511 S Carrollton by the Marshalls. 3 stars for not having those working.Marquise who answered the phone was very professional and helped me out. Lametria at S Carrollton helped me a lot. 5 stars for Marquise and Lametria!
