They said they would get my Flovent Inhaler transferred to them from Walgreens. My insurance prefers I use CVS. They said for the last three or more weeks that they’ve been trying to get my doctor to suggest a brand covered by my insurance. My doctor never responds. So I go in to see if I can get my inhaler full price because I need it, and then I find out the whole time they’ve been trying to fill a Flonase nasal spray for me. ( I’ve spoken to the techs in person at least twice over this time period and specifically asked about my “inhaler.” Oh, they’re still trying to get my “inhaler “ filled. ) I’m concerned about the lack of level of pharmaceutical detail here to know the difference between two completely different medications with a similar name. —-
A week later again still trying to pick up my inhaler. Met with impatient attitude trying to pick it up today. I said I’m here to pick up my inhaler, she said in a nasty tone you have so many inhalers, I don’t know which one. But the truth is I only have two, a prn and Azmacort which was called in this week since they were unable to transfer it from my other pharmacy. She could have asked nicely… it’s upsetting to go to such a rude pharmacy. I received a text it was ready but when I got there it was out of stock. Told to come back tomorrow. Just wanted to be sure I was coming back for the correct prescription so I asked to clarify if it was the inhaler Azmacort. This is like my 4th trip trying to get this inhaler. Met with an attitude when I tried to clarify it was the right med this time. I’ve never encountered such a terrible pharmacy.
Furthermore, my doctor called the prescription in on Wednesday, and it’s still not filled by Sunday and if I’m lucky, they might have it Monday night. It seems odd that it would take almost a week to fill the prescription. That sounds like a red flag.

This is the very very worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. All the employees have those ridiculous ear buds in, rude, never give you all the red avail and at one point I had another customers Rx on my bag, my husband gets up there in line, told nothing for me, I call the pharmacy # and it says you have one ready. That means getting back to the store , in line, and who in the hell what we’ll get. Attitude for sure!!!!!!!!!!! The one yellow star was giving them wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy too much. This pharmacy needs to have all new employees, people mature and a sense of customer service!

This pharmacy on 500 Carrollton has gone on a downhill spiral since they lost Huda and Macy, the previous pharmacist. The woman who returned my call was rude with an attitude as soon as I answered the call. Not to mention the lack of staff and only one cashier managing 2 registers. UNBELIEVABLE! I will be taking my prescriptions to a more competent pharmacy

I had a terrible experience. I was in a hurry and went to buy a birthday gift. The shelves were randomly messy, and items were placed in completely confusing locations. It took me a long time to find what I wanted, and there was no one willing to help. Everyone in the store looked grumpy and sour.
I bought my items and found a good deal on them, but when I went to pay, they told me that these items were not on sale and that I would have to pay almost double the usual price elsewhere. I went to the store manager, who told me, “I don’t know how these items ended up in the wrong place; the shelf is just a mess.”
When I asked the supervisor for help, she left me alone and said she had no idea who had misplaced the items. I had to leave quickly because I was in a hurry. I politely asked for help, but all I saw were frowning faces. I then politely said that this was my first experience at the store, and it was extremely bad, so I would never return.
No one even tried to empathize with me. I left the store determined never to return, and I plan to share this experience with my friends, family, and neighbors. I can’t imagine how this well-known store could employ staff with such a lack of professionalism and respect.

People working in the pharmacy have the speed and intelligence of turtles. And are just looking for a reason to SNAP at you.

Not the best location. Everyone who works here is rude and it seems the pharmacy is always closed any time I stop by

This location's customer service is top-notch. I also had passport photos done here and the rep Raja was a total delight. The quality of the prints are great quality.
The only draw-back was the price. The customer service made the inflated price passable.

The woman at this store made me so uncomfortable and mad. I would have just dropped my whole basket and walked out if it wasn’t so late that I didn’t have time to make it anywhere else before they closed. Following me, treating me as if I was just trash and going to steal. Asking if I planned on buying all the items in my basket. Ummm why else would I be walking around a store filling a basket with items I don’t want? Her and the one other employee talking negatively about me during the entire 30 plus minute u spent in there and in front of MANY customers that now they were looking at me. I’m a 30ish yr old blonde female, a few tattoos (nicely done) in sweatpants n like comfy clothes cause it’s friggn 930 at night and I’m going to bed soon. I’m not dirty looking at all or anything to give someone a reason to be so loudly judgmental, rude and hurtful. She didn’t even want to check me out. Only had cash so I couldn’t self checkout. When the man employee hollered for and told her she had to cash me out she loudly grunted as if it was the biggest burden she’s encountered in life then just stood at register doing absolutely nothing for over a min before she even attempted to move or ask for my payment. Got more upset when I handed her 150 cash. I don’t need to steal and I believe in karma which I know will find her. I hope her the best, she must be a bitter woman cause happy people I’m don’t treat other humans that way.

I hate this pharmacy so much. Clearly the most inept employees that have no clue what they are doing. The phone system is terrible and cuts out half the time, they don't contact you to tell you your prescriptions are ready EVER. A useless mess.

---The pharmacy here, on several occasions, has closed the drive-up window with a hand-written note. Yesterday, it happened again. By phone, the pharmacist said my father's heart med would be ready in an hour. He went over an hour later, and there was the window note. He would not go inside because of the rudeness at the counter. We had originally chosen this location because of the drive-through. All our meds will now go thru Walgreens --- a farther distance, but certain meds are very important.

I only have frustrating experiences at this pharmacy. The drive-thru line takes FOREVER (like 10 min for every person in line ahead of you). Staff are rude. I get text messages that my prescriptions are ready to pick up but when i go get them, they are not ready. I arrived for a COVID vaccine and flu shot 15 min before the pharmacy closed at 7 but was turned away because they “stop doing vaccines at 7”. When i pointed out it was not 7 yet, i got a blank stare. I’m signing up to have my prescriptions mailed to me through my insurance. I hope i never have to come back to this pharmacy.
