This place is a racist
Joke! The two “employees” refused me service this evening, completely ignoring my request to help me with a locked cabinet in the store. I asked a simple question causing no trouble and I am a local and regular customer. They lost me for life. This place is pathetic and needs to be closed !!!

DO NOT DROP PACKAGES HERE. This place should NOT be a UPS access point. absolutely terrible customer service & they will leave your packages waiting around for days. I called and asked about a time sensitive package & was told they “didn’t know when” the UPS truck would come & the person I spoke to offered to “call him next time i’m here”. When I asked if they could just call him now since they were obviously at the store, they said “oh no, we can’t just call them.. it doesn’t work like that.” ….. so why did they offer it in the first place?
I Ended up getting my package and taking it to a UPS store myself on Friday after dropping it off at this “access point” on Monday. Given the new year holiday on tues/wednesday I expected and understood a delay, but the lack of care and urgency (and outright lying to customers about what can & can be done in a situation) is honestly wild.

The employees were friendly and helped me find prices on the items because the kiosk wasn’t working. BUT I walked through most of the store and found absolutely no sale stickers outside of the beer/wine section. That’s extremely unusual and deterred me from buying a lot of things that I planned on getting

The manager and employee in the picture are very rude and unprofessional. They huddled together, yelling across the counter and demanding my personal information, despite the fact that the doctor had already obtained the same information. I am reporting both the manager and the employee. I have their pictures and will find out their names. It doesn't matter to me whether I receive Medicaid or not; I will not tolerate discrimination or poor treatment. Not everyone on Medicaid is uninformed, and I intend to demonstrate that I am not. You should remember that you have a license and certification to uphold. It's all fun and games until you have to ask for my name and email! That's okay—I’ve already looked up the CEO, and she will find out about this. I regret not reading the reviews first.

Went in for a Covid test, with headache, cough & sore throat. The nurse practitioner I saw was absolutely awesome. She was kind, understanding, capable, provided a thorough exam & gave good advice. I cannot say enough about this wonderful experience. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Staff here doesn’t pay attention, they are slow to fill orders and they keep screwing up with trying to run the wrong insurance. Would avoid using this pharmacy at all cost.

Just now at 3:55pm on Monday April 1st. I stare for a couple minutes at an employee standing behind the counter where the registers are. "Hi can you please check me out?" "No, I'm off." "OK, well is there someone who can come check me out?" "No."
And never have I been more inclined to just walk out without paying in my life. This is an absolute disgrace.

Don't show up any time near their closing time. Like an hour before. Because the employees will randomly close the store whenever they feel like rather than the posted hours. It's 9:25 pm.

I have no clue why this CVS has such bad reviews. It’s my favorite to go to - cashiers are always nice and helpful. Store is stocked and clean.The Minute Clinic is great and so is the Pharmacy.The Pharmacy has helped me get coupons for my medication and helped sort out insurance issues I was having on some specialized medicine.Thank y’all for being so awesome. :)

Says they close at 10pm but they will kick you out at 9:45 when they want to go home.
