I had to transfer a prescription from Optum to CVS because Optum couldn’t deliver it on time, and I was out of my meds.
UHC/ Optum make it almost impossible, particularly on the weekend when their regularly pharmacy line is closed (!!!!)
Alicia, the pharmacist at CVS was patient and was willing to help me while I bridged a call with Optum service line.
Alicia is a true hero and a great patient advocate.

One of the worst pharmacy's i have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Staff completely unable to listen to a full and complete sentence on multiple occasions, unable to own when they misread, misremember or misstate. consistently off putting, dismissive and rude. I am so disappointed that my prescriptions had to be moved here as the only convenient location for me to use.

The customer service is always amazing at this location . Every visit I’ve had so far has been a great experience . The workers go above and beyond to greet you at the door . Cierra was so helpful and attentive with other customers as well . I’ll pass up many CVS just to come here and get this experience every time !

I had a great experience at this location not only finding everything that I needed, but also getting help from the employee that checked me out and also helped me pack up my belongings. Great location, very clean and very well-organized.

During a recent trip to NOLA I lost my prescription meds and the pharmacy was so nice and helpful in getting me an emergency refill. So very grateful.

Incredibly rude service and the worst customer service. My partner went to pick up my prescription that was sent in on Wednesday by my doctor. I received a text message from CVS stating that my prescription was ready to pick up. When my partner went to pick it up, the lady states that the prescription was sent back because it had been 15 days and no one ever came to pick it up. She states that CVS just doesn't cancel prescriptions on their own. Without even asking what he was picking up. I have more than one prescription. He tried to explain to her what he was picking up and she talked right over him without listening. She didn't ever take the time to listen which would have saved time. She had such a nasty attidue and thought she knew what she was talking about without even listening. I will take my business somewhere else.

Absolutely terrible experience. Rude and dismissive pharmacist who didn’t even have the decency to give me an estimate on how long my wife’s prescription was going to take. Seemed to take delight in my frustration. Find ANY other pharmacy.

Order for pick up. Epic fail! Something that is so simple at Walmart, Walgreens and practically everywhere else is so difficult at this CVS.
One of my larger items was substituted for a smaller item of the same for the same price and it was leaking so I went back to get the smaller one exchanged for the right size but different fragrance and I was told I had to call the online people because they are not allowed to do this without a receipt. I had the app showing the order and the bag that they gave it to me in with no receipt but barcode on the bag and I still was told there's nothing they can do because they are not allowed to substitute items when CVS online ordering tell you to check to allow substitute items. This store needs help or training. I will never try this again at CVS.

Great spot for anything but actual pharmaceuticals. The pharmacy is apparently only capable of counting pills. Interaction with customers is something they avoid at all costs.

the pharmacy take to long not enough people working. It’s horrible that they let the customer wait almost 20 minutes in the drive-through before somebody comes and says anything to the customer

If I could leave zero stars I would. I used to used To be a customer. I switched over to a smaller pharmacy was treated much better and they always have my prescriptions quickly. My new pharmacy closed because of a lease negotiation. So I went back to CVS because it's near my home. 9 to 10 days ago one of my prescriptions was sent there and it is still pending. Not a single time since I have been using CVS before and after my other pharmacy, have they once had my prescription When I needed it. When you go in and try to get something filled, they tell you you have to wait till the next day or the day after. But when you wait, it's never there. Not to mention the time that HIPAA violation happened when they disclose my husband medication to my daughter. My husband is her stepfather. Needless to say I was forced to go back to these people because of the closure of my pharmacy and I wish they would just shut down the store. Not the big gaping hole on the ceiling that always seems to be blocked off because water is leaking. It's a rancid smell in there. The only reason other than my pharmacy closing that I went back to them, is that they are in my neighborhood and I ride my bike every day for work. New Orleans is sketchy and this was my best option. Now I'm in hell. I would never recommend CVS to anyone.

The store was closed down at 9pm on Tues 07/30/2024. Hours on website and google says they are open until 10pm. Four people came behind me upset about the same thing. I really need medication for a cold. I take public transportation and it was a hassle to show up here and you are closed..
