Worst pharmacy. CVS is a disgrace, Caremark insurance is a scam, and this pharmacy location is negligent. Will not fill a prescription, won’t work with the insurer and do not follow the instructions from a doctor. Seriously this operation is criminal and could end up killing people with their negligent behavior and lack of care for their customers.

The main female pharmacist on Monday Jan 8 needs to see a specialist so she learns how to deal with older people. Blame at 87 year-old to screamed at her when the guy was just looking for help!! SAD

They fill prescriptions at the slowest rate possible. Do not use the pharmacy here if you do not have to use it. Some of my medications will say “In Process” for multiple days.

On Canal street. It is very busy at night and I recommend to pick up your items before 7 pm . Lots of locals, tourists, and law enforcement seem to hang out near the store. Due to its location, you may not find what you are looking for. There is a Walgreens near by. NOTE: went to the other store and still couldn't find what we needed. (Dice - to play 10,000) 3 stars due to limited supplies, not so friendly staff members - it was very busy at the time and on a Friday night - NOTE: all respect for people who are working - this review is not to disrespect any employees.

Rude clerks. After buying numerous items we were told we can't use the bathroom. Go to Rouses across the street for better customer service.

I got very sick on my trip to NOLA and felt lucky to find such a well-run CVS. They had all the medicines I needed and the pharmacists were helpful and courteous. The only negative is the neighborhood - I had 2 different men approach me outside this CVS when I was going to walk to my hotel. One was out of his mind on drugs. Didn't feel safe, so i went back inside and called an Uber.

Went in to get Flu booster. Completed giving all my information at 1:20 pm. They asked when I would come back for injections. I told them "now". No , no- we are going to lunch in 10 minutes so you will have to come back in just over an hour. I think that my time is as valuable as theirs is, so I left and will go somewhere for my flu shot.

4 stars for staff kindness and them trying their best!! Management, why are these workers not protected by security? Why, does every other CVS in New Orleans have one? I literally witnessed 2 people stealing today. This cashier doesn't get paid enough to try and run to the door risking her safety to lock them in until police comes! Bless her heart she tried.
