The customer service during night shift is TERRIBLE!!! Employees are ignoring customer bec they are playing and flirting on shift on the sales floor. When you ask for assistance they will roll their eyes and make rude comments. They seriously act like they h8 their jobs. They are Very Very Rude and Mean. Giving them One star is too nice. Unfortunately, negative five stars wasn’t an option.

Went for the pharmacy only to find there wasn’t one and had to go to Walgreens. It was painful to go to “them” but I understand the business decision.

The employees here were extremely rude over one little mistake. They have signs saying no cash back, but I didn't notice, and requested a 20 back from self check. The 2 employees that were handing the self check stands ast night around 8pm were by far the worst. You have one chance to make an impression with all the tourists coming through, and if those 2 goobers are present, they will ruin that chance. And if they end up reading this I have a message: You obviously hate your job, sooo why don't you find another one? You're making yourselves look bad moreso than CVS. Just stay outta customer service, because you do not have the skills.

This store has non - existent customer service and the staff were more interested and engrossed in talking story across the counters instead of helping (mostly tourists) who were staying in hotels or the hostel nearby. The self service payment kiosks are way more useful than approaching the staff! Water isn't cheap but the booze apparently cheap is compared to the smaller convenience stores in the area...

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! We were there the same weekend as the Sugar Bowl and it was crowded....everywhere. I couldn't find what I was looking for but the cashiers guided me to stores to check. They were very helpful and pleasant despite the crowds.
