Called for help with a prescription that was supposed to be transferred to another pharmacy but apparently wasn't. The pharmacist was somewhat helpful, but the lady that initially answered the phone was extremely rude, talking over me and just not listening at all. When I told the pharmacist this, he said nothing, no apology, nothing. Transferring all of my prescriptions now!

This store is awful. Always randomly closed during store hours. I went up there at 9 pm and the door was locked and an employee was walking around the store. They don't close till 10. They refused to sell alcohol to my friend even though she had a valid Louisiana license and was well over 21.

Today was the third time I've driven to this pharmacy to pick up my prescription and it is closed. The hours are posted on the window, but they are obviously not being observed. I will be transferring my prescriptions to the Walgreens closer to my home. I've been doing business with CVS for many years and this particular pharmacy has really gone downhill. I will not waste any more of my time here.

Congratulations to this CVS for being arrogant and rude simultaneously. On yesterday, the manager Ms. Monique stated I could not get my order because my name was not on it however after further inspection, I was the designated pick up person. The mistake was on the employees at this terrible CVS Pharmacy. I called the 1800 number and they then contacted Ms. Monique and she had a disgusting attitude according to the representative over at Corporate. The representative stated she was very "nasty" towards her. I recommend those that wish to venture to this CVS, do not do so. Ms. Monique needs to care about the customers and the way in which she treats them. She even told the representative that CVS would not call the store, which was also false. I understand employees have bad days as we all do. But it was no need when she was offered admonishment to be so rude towards the representative. Long story short, I filed a complaint for this store. But according to Ms. Monique this wasn't actually CVS Pharmacy I had contacted.

The pharmacy tech or pharmacist was extremely rude. Interrupted me and began talking over me as I was asking why I had gotten a text saying my medication was ready for pickup if it or not being filled until the 18th. She then proceeded to ask me “do you want your medicine today or not”. It makes me mad how rude customer service employees can be these days.

When purchasing the items I went to the self check out register. The store employee at the self check out register assisting was very rude. He asked me if I had a CVS member number to which I replied no. I’ve been asked if they have a temporary number to use when customers come in and they don’t have a member number at that time to which he replied “No we don’t do that” furthermore he didn’t even ask me if I would like to get a member number. All he did rudely saying are you going to purchase those items are not. To which I replied yes and then I added I will never shop here again. My point is if you want repeat customers you assist them and help them to get a member number so they can save on the items they are purchasing instead of just blowing them off and telling them no and then rushing them out.

I have always had a great experience at CVS located at 1801 Jefferson Hwy! The cashiers are friendly and helpful and the pharmacy staff is great, especially Dr. T. James!! Dr. James is always courteous and personable with her customers - as a regular, she remembers who you are!!! That’s very refreshing!
