This CVS is very rude and it’s sad that corporate don’t do anything. I was placed a a hold and was on speaker phone at that. I cursed wasn’t towards then and was told I can’t refill prescriptions because of my profanity. They seem lazy I never seen a pharmacy so empty in my life. They running the customers away

The pharmacy staff. Specifically the ladies. They always have attitude towards the customers, especially when things aren’t running smooth. When something is wrong with the prescription, they have no desire to help or be apart of a solution. I’ve missed my medicine before because they don’t pick up the phone or have you waiting for hours.

I wanna preface this by saying I used to work for CVS as a Pharmacy Technician and I just recently left that position. I can even give the name of the CVS I worked at and the two pharmacists I worked under. The pharmacy staff at this location is just plain rude. The first instance was when I got my new prescription sent over there. I had a previous prescription before that one that wasn’t covered under my insurance. I called a few hours after the new prescription got sent over there and asked for the status of them. They were completely lazy and wouldn’t look up the new prescriptions and kept telling me “they’re not covered under your insurance” when I kept telling them that these were new prescription’s that are covered under my insurance because my appointment to get them was covered under my insurance. It took me calling my doctor AGAIN to have her explain to them that she is my new provider and that these medications are covered under my insurance. They eventually got filled. Then there’s the second and most recent instance that happened today. I called to see if my prescription was ready. I was told one was ready but the others were still being worked on. I asked if the other 2 could be expedited and the tech kept telling me “you’ll get a text when it’s ready.” Here’s what they don’t know. I worked as a pharmacy tech at CVS. I KNOW we can expedite medications. I wouldn’t have asked if I didn’t know. Overall, the pharmacy at this location is extremely rude and unprofessional. The only reason why I stick with them is because they’re so close to my house. The store itself has very nice employees so I don’t have a problem with the store. Just the pharmacy.

Worst experience at CVS New Orleans LA it was out of stock at many items. I stopped by there to get Tylenol and they didn’t have it. Then at self checkout the counter was out of bags, i took a bag from cashier but she didn’t bother to put bags at counter for later use.

Tre’s customer service was absolutely horrible!!! If I could rate this location 0 stars, I would!!!! My family and I are supporters of this location daily, and after the way Tre treated my father, we will be taking our business elsewhere. We visited this location to pick up my father's prescription, and while we were in the store, my dad had to use the restroom but needed the key to unlock the restroom door. We asked the customer service worker, Tre, and he refused to let my father use the restroom. We will no longer patronize this CVS location. Their employees lack simple compassion and kindness. The pharmacy staff was kind and polite, but unfortunately, Tre’s authoritarian attitude has shown that this CVS location lacks basic customer service skills.

Idk if it was the weather or what but the male cashier was extremely negative. I don’t have a problem at all with the LGBTQ community whatsoever but this man was extremely sassy ??♀️ while being highly condescending! I could tell he liked to argue with women! This location never has people there and I understand why! Unfortunately, the people who are hired these days think that the customer’s money is theirs and can talk to you any kind of way! These employees are not trained well enough to understand what is or isn’t appropriate to say to customers regardless if you’re having a catty day or not! I also pay $5 for the CVS care a month and he didn’t even pull up my number that shows that I pay monthly! So I lost out on my $10 discount because he was too busy being flip at the mouth with nothing but negative remarks to me! I didn’t even take the time out to give this place the recognition of snapping a picture because of your rude employee! I truly see this place going down in foreclosure because no customer wants to encounter unprofessional behavior from any employee.

The staff at cvs always greet you when you walk in and very polite and wanted to help you find whatever you are looking for. The pharmacist staff is very helpful and friendly and knowledgeable and always willing to answer any questions are concerns about your medications.

Strange pharmacy experience. Be very clear when you talk with the pharmacy staff. Make sure you understand everything they’re saying to you. And then double check it. Check your bag. Don’t forget to ask questions. Because when you were at this CVS, you were the only person looking out for your own interests.

This is the CVS on Franklin Ave. They are extremely close to my home. The crew are a great, cheery and helpful crew. They have never missed greeting me when I enter. Rene IA always helpful. I love his energy.

I would leave 0 stars if I could but the app won't let me. My mess are always late. The pharmacist slammed the window in my face for being one minute late when I was already in line for 15 minutesUnfortunately my insurance won't let me go somewhere else. Horrivke.

Just seems like no one here wanted to work. registers were down forcing you to check out on your own. God forbid you had a disability the lady wouldn’t check out at her register claiming it did not work.Couldn’t put money on my zelle.Couldn’t use the money order systems. Said to have been down.I just get the energy she didn’t feel like doing it. That’s fine. I’ll write my review & shop at a different place. Simple. But my gas was wasted so I’m here.
