This store is a very unprofessional one. I never can get the pharmacy on the phone. I was in the store this morning Monday (7/17/2023) to check on a prescription that had been there for a week. I went home and called the store I was on hold for 1 hour and 24 minutes and no one answered the phone. I called customer service to report this issue. I hope that this issue will be addressed for the better.

I usually use the Walgreens on read and Morrison but now I have to use CVS due to insurance. My experience was so pleasant and my medication didn't take long after being transferred. The technician Desiree went above and beyond the call of duty to help me get it from the other store, then she even had my over the counter medication rubber banned around the prescription.

Horrible and rude service. I sent an email to corporate about Michelle the pharmacist who hung up on me for whatever reason instead of being a grown woman and just saying what I had to call back and still ask. After this months script I will be taking my business to another location since they are the only ones locally I can get it from.

Service at this location's pharmacy has gone to h-------- in a handbasket in the last six months. Tonight I walked up to their counter, with three women working behind the desk and no other customers waiting. One was attending to a customer at the drive up, while the other two worked computers, completely ignoring me. Totally inconsiderate. I waited a bit, while neither even looked up, then walked out. UPDATE: I subsequently called this pharmacy and asked for the head pharmacist. I was told he wasn't in. When I asked when would he be in, the woman at the other end said she wasn't at liberty to divulge his hours. When I asked what would be the best time to see him, she repeated the same, to which I responded, "I'm not asking for his hours...." So, given their continued attitude and complete LACK of customer service, I decided to move the prescription to another location, and picked it up elsewhere. This was over a week ago, but online the original fill is still showing "in process" at the Read location.

Went in to get razors. Cashier was to busy on his personal phine to wait on customers. When ask if he ciulc wait on us, was told he had no change in register. When ask could you inform your customer of that he said nothing Such poor poor customer service,your company should be ashamed if such a poor qualit, non caring employee I will go miles out if my way to avoid CVS from now on, to many other choices out there.

I only come to this store to get my prescriptions filled. The staff at this location is very polite and friendly.This is the only CVS in my neighborhood and they are the best. My prescriptions are always correct and I never have issues. They are doing a great job.
