This place sucks they are taking their sweet time it’s take you 3 hours for the docks to assign 2 hours for POL I would not recommend to any driver

The place was hard to find with small roads to get to back side where trucks go the have to go to gate to get the number to call to check in then back up and park in the lot the people were rude as hell no numbers on docks and was here at 0800 for my 830 appt got a dock at 1000 and took forever to unload hope I will never come back here

Stood at receiving for 10 min while worker, who knew I was there said nothing and did nothing with my presence. I had two stops but couldn’t explain it to anyone because no one cared. Then they unload and while it was fast they unloaded everything, I assume because they can’t read paperwork. (How do they even know they have the right product) now I’m being reloaded and will be late for my next stop. I’m also worried they didn’t read correctly and put the right stuff back on. Do better. Read better. Pay attention and acknowledge the drivers existence.

Absolutely garbage every time they come to do a delivery to the store they block both of my business driveways where I get my company equipment in and out. I lose money for my company every time my equipment can’t get out the yard/ It’s been going on for years and I have tried to be civil about it but now it’s gone far enough the driver had no respect and his language toward me was not professional at all, my 90 year old grandmother can’t even get out of the driveway to go to church because of them and she hasn’t missed a day of church since she was 15, I call the manager and they don’t even prioritize my calls so shame on the management as well. Overall it’s a BIG FAT NO FROM ME. If I could give you zero stars I would.

Save your self some headache, type CRESCENT CROWN RECEIVING ON YOUR GPS and it will take you to the TRUCK ENTRANCE. Large overnight parking lot.
